Made it to the gym. I did incline walking for 30 min. Then I strength trained almost everything except abs. Not inclined to do it now. Maybe do a video later!
Sis just invited me to an impromptu trip to North Conway today and then to Red Jacket inn (indoor water park). So that should be fun.
I packed my already salad stuff (from MB). Also made some sandwiches that I put in my bag so I don’t get tempted. Going to say no thanks if offered food. I also put some bread separated from my deli meat! I also have instant coffee, Chrystal light, Splenda, and almond milk in my cooler that I’m bringing with me. This time I’m prepared.
Had my lunch of a slice of deli buffalo chicken and a slice of whole wheat bread. On our way!
Dinner was the sandwich, salad with sg poppyseed dressing, and I had one baby slice of pizza!!!
Today we went bowling. It was fun even though I sucked bigtime! Lol!!
