Yeah, it also would be nice to cut back on those. So I’ll do that too. My munchkins would be hard to give up!
 
I slept great last night! I think I fell asleep at 1030 pm. I slept through my alarm. So I went to McDonald’s to get coffee. Got mine black. I put in cashew milk and Splenda when I got by my sis.

Had an avocado toast for breakfast. Lunch will be leftover lettuce wraps! Yum! Then later we r going for oysters.

We r going to Newburyport for the oysters. I think they are $1 each. Already looked at the menu. Will get a Doc punch for a drink. Will probably try something else. My younger sis will be driving. Also pro get some plates/apps to share.

So I woke up this morning ate an English muffin toasted with cheese. Then had one red velvet munchkins, a large iced coffee with almond milk. From Heavenly. Then had 2 wing dings. Had a small biscotti, a little corn bread. And vanilla bean ice cream with whipped topping. After that I decided to do IF starting at 12 pm and ending tomorrow for our Friday dinner.

Went to 7-11 for my Amazon boxes. Then went to Best Buy to get my microwave.
 
Slept great and was up early. I made it to the gym. Walked for an hour on incline. I skipped breakfast. Lunch I had leftover pizza. Had some Fritos.

At my sis now. Going to have moscato later. Dinner is shrimp scampi with linguine. And garlic bread. And I think my sis made dessert.

Did a lot of errands this morning. Got myself an iPad Air. Can’t wait to use it tomorrow. Have to set up tonite.
 
So set up my iPad. Hopefully I’ll go to the gym tomorrow and watch something on it.

I just did a 30 min hip hop dance video on Apple fitness+. Had San cocho by my sis for lunch. Had a low carb tortilla with cheese and an air fryed egg for dinner. Had 3 sugar free red bills.

Just bought an electric kettle. Works great. Have to put up my microwave. My old one my sis wants for her job.

Watching Apple TV.
 
Yesterday I walked on an incline for 90 min (15% and as high as 4.0 mph).

Today I went to the gym and walked for 60 min. (No incline and slow). Just wanted to do something. Planning on going back later. Maybe do a video.

Today is raining all day. Only one significant snow day so far all winter and the forecast looks great for the next week!

Breakfast I had 2 ham and a scrambled egg.

I brought my iPad Air to my sis. So I’ll do some apple fitness videos. I’m really good at the 30 min dance one. Have to try another one. Tomorrow I’ll remember to bring the elastic bands. Maybe go on YouTube for a workout using them. I’ll bring them with me on my trip! I’ll def workout while I’m there. Glad I got the iPad. So convenient!

Planning on walking on the beach!!! My sisters and kids will come. But thinking about doing when the sun rises. They always are slow to get ready. And they want to eat breakfast first. Not on my timeline!

Leaving on my trip to Daytona Beach for our Disney trip! Not ready but I’ll be ready this Easter to wear my purple dress. Can’t fit me yet…

On another note, Ariana isn’t coming with us. I’m glad. Not enough bedrooms. And she’s always negative. The other day she said how I don’t like her. I just think she is annoying.
 
Did a 30 min dance video with Ben. Did a little LaShawn, and a 20 min with Jhom. On apple fitness. Have to download some videos so I can have them offline.

Went to the gym and walked on an incline for an hour. Then I walked slowly for 30 min flat.

Yeah, I found some activities that I enjoy doing.

Had a rib and small piece of an egg wrap last night for dinner.

Cant fall asleep tonight. Up listening to music, etc. At 4 I’ll do a video. Then I’ll go to the gym at 5 and see if I can walk or not. Not sure if I will have the energy.

I will not eat anything till breakfast at around 845 am. Will go to my sis and make breakfast. Going to buy her a coffee.

I have to take my brother to Bedford today. Then my mom and I have a Covid test to take to the airport just in case they need it.
 
Had a breakfast of a scrambled eggs and 2 Canadian bacon.

Went to Panera for a couple hours to listen to some music and read a little. Put some coffee in my refillable mug. And took one to my mom. I got 3 months of coffee for $1.99 because I almost cancelled the prescription.

No rest! So today is a free day. (But I did do a strength training about 30 min and 20 min cardio dance workout on AF).

I hope I can sleep tonight. Would love to wake up early and go to the gym.

So went back to the gym and walked for 10 min.

Had dinner by my sis. One chicken thigh taco.

Hi Vic! Thanks for visiting my diary! It sounds like you are getting wonderful exercise, and I really need to copy you and start that up, too. Hope you get great sleep!!
 
Since Sunday I’m proud to say I’m binge/ purge free!!! I‘ve been in this groove. I’ve been eating clean and working out. Mostly doing a lot of incline walking. I even went to a restaurant and got jerk gator tacos. Ate about half there and took the rest back to the hotel (I’m in Daytona Beach, Florida USA for my vacation). I think I’ve lost about 5 pounds by just eating less. Sometimes I would think that I have to eat the whole meal but I stop myself and just put the rest in the fridge. And it works.
 
So last night after a great day of making healthy decisions I messed up. I blame it on the ambien. I think I might go back to just taking a half.

I had hopefully one brownie bite and one coconut cookie. Still can’t remember when that happened. Just woke up to the crumbs.

So just got back from my vacation. Will def weigh in tomorrow. Did great this weekend. 10 days of not p/b. Yeah!!!
