Vic’s Weight Loss

Yeah, this morning at the gym I walked for 10 min. Did a couple of upper body strength training. At home I did a 30 min cardio dance and 2 min of a HITT workout on apple fitness. I did another 30 min dance cardio workout and 10 min of an upper body strength workout.

Had an herbal life protein smoothie. Then I had 3 wingettes and 2 cornbread for lunch. After lunch and dinner I had an English muffin with butter and cheese.

I am drinking an iced Jamaica me crazy coffee with cashew milk. Had an herbal life smoothie with cashew milk. Lunch was an English muffin and Swiss cheese. Dinner was linguine and chicken.

Went to visit my mom. My sis and the twins were there. They are all sick. Not sure with what yet. So I left.

Went to Shaws since the Diet Coke were on sale.

I did 2 30 min cardio dance fitness videos.

Woke up late. Had a beef empanada and a slice of pepperoni stuffed crust pizza from lil Caesar.

Went to the salon and colored my hair black.
 
What is your natural hair colour, Vic? How is your sister & the twins today? I hope they're ok.
 
My natural hair color is like a dull black with streaks of brown (from bleaching). My new hair is very black. If that makes any sense.

My sis Covid test came back neg. She took another one today to make sure. The twins seem fine to me. They were running around and playing with their toys. My mom has a stuffy nose and congested.
 
I'm glad that your sis & the twins are all good & it sounds like it has been just a cold.
Will you let your hair just grow out & be its natural colour now? It will probably become shiny black again xo
 
Thanks, Cate. Yeah, I’m back to growing my hair out. It’s to my shoulders now.

Ended up having another slice of pep pizza. I also had a ice cream cone from McDonald’s. It was free with the points. Was expiring soon I used it.

Today my sis cancelled our NYE getogether because they were all sick. My sis took another covid test and awaiting results. The last one a couple of days ago was neg.

I still went over to my sis. Had pep calzone, slice of pizza, chocolate croissant, and some freetos.

I am dreading checking the scale in the morning! I hope that I’m under 145 lbs.
 
Visiting people when they're infectious doesn't sound great regardless what the bug is called. Hope you stay healthy and your family recovers quickly.

Today I’m by my sis again. I had some mangoo with a fried egg. Fried cheese and salami. Lunch was a piece of beef calzone. My mom made whole wheat roti with curry pork for dinner. I ended up drinking an entire bottle of a Riesling. Came home and had a chicken tortilla.

Today I’m going to the gym and do something. Not sure or motivated but figure I’ll just show up.

Yay!!! I made it to the gym. Walked on mostly incline at a moderate pace for an hour.

Doing a short fast today. Had a McDonald’s coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Had a cup of warm prune juice. Late lunch I had shrimp and a chicken breast pate in my air fryer. Very late dinner. Had a (leftover) shrimp and 2 chicken breast tacos with low carb whole wheat tortilla. Had a glass of milk.

I’m drinking water instead of Diet Coke. Will keep drinking until I’m tired of it.

Great job. Unless you have a specific high-level goal it doesn´t matter so much what you do as long as you stay active.
 
Yeah, I sit around most of the day. So it’s nice to be moving.

Today I had roti and curry chicken and some vanilla ice cream and tortilla chips with French onion dip. And I had coffee with creamer since my sis did not have cashew/ almond milk at her place. For dinner I had a McDouble with half the bun. Also had a cup of warm prune juice. And just had 4 mini pb cups.

I went to the gym in the evening and walked for 2 hours. Mostly incline and moderate pace. Came home and did a 30 min cardio dance and a 10 min upper body video focusing on posture.

Well it’s past midnight and I’m still up and wide awake. Due to taking a nap earlier and working out later. I don’t think I’ll fall asleep tonight. I stopped taking my ambien about a month ago. If I’m up then I’ll try not to nap during the day.

Not being able to sleep sucks! I do need about two hours to calm down after a workout but thankfully that's all.
 
I know! But I actually get more done when I’m not sleeping. I still have energy.

I was thinking about going for a coffee at heavenly when they are open but opted for a homemade one.

Today I will try to eat healthier. I’m going to have protein in each meal. And drink more water. No sweets

Since I’m up I’m not checking my weight until tomorrow. I’m thinking about having a Greek yogurt with berries for breakfast. I’ll get them after my morning workout. Lunch I’m having shrimp and maybe broccoli.

The gym opens in about an hour. I’m thinking about walking again. Later I’ll do some strength training at home.

It looks like it will have snow on Friday. Hate the snow. I have to shovel.
