Nothing much today. Was at my mom. Had to come home to get an estimate on waterproofing basement. A little too much of what we’re willing to spend. Maybe by summer.
Had chicken, zucchini and butternut squash raviolis. Bread and cheese.
Sounds delicious! But then I could probably live off bread and cheese as well, just as long as the bread is good and I'm allowed to add hot sauce and lettuce...
Today so far I had: 2 biscotti, some cereal with whole milk, 1 munchkin, 1 croissant and 1 strudel. Planning on skipping lunch. This evening my sis making a Thai inspired dinner.
Today we went to Chunkys to watch Spider-Man. Had a tropic thunder cocktail. And I broke down and got popcorn. Came home and had 3 donuts. And some rice and spicy Thai chicken thighs (leftovers).
Nothing much happened yesterday. Just stayed at home. Cleaned up every room. Put laundry away. Have to take recyclables out tonight. Watched a lot of tv. Nice to relax at home.
Today I’m at Bedford with my bro and mom. Had a boiled egg. Had half a chili. Also had 3 munchkins and some Cheetos. Some Cheerios and some rice and chicken and a chocolate chip cookie. I’m fasting for dinner. If I’m hungry at bedtime I’ll have an egg or oatmeal. Had some fries with honey mustard sauce.
Made it to the gym in the early morning and walked for 30 min. Planning on doing a fitness video tonight after my moms mammogram.
For breakfast I had an iced eggnog coffee with almond milk. An early lunch of a salad and 2 boiled eggs. I made Brussels sprouts and mushrooms in my air fryer to eat before dinner. Dinner was airfryed cod fish. I ate a homemade cheeseburger with bun after dinner. Which I shouldn’t have but I was hungry.
I did go to the gym. Did some strength training. Upper body and leg press. I’ll go tomorrow and hit the machines I did not do today. I walked slowly for 10 min.
Have a break from going by my moms. My sis is off from work. I slept in.
Yup, I even brought some airfryed mushrooms with me in Chunkys. I also had a taste of a brownie and one chocolate munchkin. I also had some store bought salsa. I also had a salami piece and a small bite of French toast with no syrup.
For dinner I had broccoli and Brussels sprouts. And airfryed cod coated with almond flour and egg white wash.
Today I had one glazed donut and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. I also had a coffee with cashew milk and Splenda. I also had air fryer pumpkin. I also had a scrambled egg. Dinner was airfryed chicken tenders.
I did a 40 min cardio dance workout on apple fitness.
