Can you put your finger on why you felt the urge to eat so much (I can't see your portion size so I'm just going to take your word for it that it was a lot) for breakfast? Bad sleep? Not enough food yesterday? Worries?
 
It all started with craving the sweets. Then I couldn’t control myself with just one thing. Just felt hungry. I wish I had waited awhile.

It’s dinner and I’m still full. I hope I can sleep without eating. If I get too hungry, I’ll have oatmeal. Which is what I’ve been doing the past couple of days.

Ended up having some quick oats before I fell asleep.

Controlling yourself when you're hungry is HARD. For me in the end I eat fewer calories when I eat more at mealtimes and avoid binges. It's a hard balance. Enjoy your time with your mom.
 
Skipped breakfast. Mostly was busy with my mom…hair looks great… looking younger!

Lunch I had some acorn squash and ground beef sauce. I ate just enough to be satisfied.

I skipped dinner. Mostly was busy. I got hungry so I had some oatmeal. And 3 hotcakes with syrup. (My bro). I wish I didn’t have the hot cakes. Having a cocoa kripsy treat. And then I’ll go to sleep!

Went to see the lights around different neighborhoods. My mom, my sis and the triplets. The boys did not enjoy it. My niece did.

Nothing to report yesterday. Today going to see lights an hour away. I have to drive since veterans go in free!

Today I had Korean bbq chicken lettuce wraps for dinner. I also had 2 cocktails.

Had some bites of Johnny cake and fried chicken when I got home.

Yeah, the light show was nice. The kids loved it. I did too!

Today we went to watch the polar express at Chunkys.

Came back and went to my bil birthday party.

I had 4 munchkins from Heavenly. Then I had some bread. Then lunch I had some pork and turkey. I had half a rum punch at the theater and a few nachos. Dinner I had a little rice, pork, and a pastelles. And a shot and 2 glasses of peach muscato. And 2 small slices of cake. At home tonight I had some fried chicken boneless thighs.

Nothing happened yesterday. Stayed home all day and just watched tv and napped.

Today we r going to watch Eternals. (I think at Chunkys. I hope so.)
 
Felt great to just relax at home.

At Chunkys I had a turkey burger. Didn’t eat much of the bread. I had some sweet potato fries. And a cocktail that was huge. I was so full after. And it’s night now and I’m still full.
 
Went to the gym and walked for 30 min.

For breakfast I had a ham and one slice of wheat bread. 2 small vanilla cupcake, some bbq chips and some pita chips with hummus. And a small coffee with creamer.

Gonna try to not eat lunch.
 
My weight is creeping up!

Going to fast today. I hope till dinner. I’m drinking an iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda.

It’s 9 am. Going to check in at 1 pm…

Have to pick up the twins today!

I can't remember how much control you have over your food choices but eating sweets and pastries followed by a fast to reduce your weight doesn't sound like the best long-term solution.
 
Yeah the only way I can lose weight is by fasting. I do eat a lot of sweets and junk food. Hopefully I can go for an extended fast. I had some tortillas with an egg and tuna fish.

In Jan I will be going for a mini vacation in Orlando to go to Disney World to the safari! Don’t want to go but I got coerced!
