Vic’s Weight Loss

Still up. Can’t fall asleep. I think it’s because I took a nap yesterday. Won’t be checking my weight in the morning.

Eating some ice cream sandwiches! Can’t help myself. Will probably weigh in on Monday. Have a lot of family gatherings this weekend.
 
Well eventually I fell asleep.

Today I did not check my weight. I actually put my scale away! I think I will not check my weight until May 15 when I get back from my vacation to NH. Getting too much pressure. Of course I am still watching what I’m eating.

Today I’m fasting until dinner at Kobe Buddha House at around 830 pm. Late! For me. I’ll def get a cocktail. We r going there after my nephew high school graduation.
 
I meant June 15.

Just got back from the hibachi. Had rice, noodles, soup, salad, and shrimp and steak. I am stuft.

Tomorrow I have to get up early to meet my sis and twins to go to the beach. Her MIL and SIL are coming too.

My nephew’s graduation was okay. It was at a stadium. About 2 hrs so not too bad.
 
So today I had 2 red velvet donut holes. A salami sandwich. 2 fish tacos. And a small piece of a Hawaiian pizza. And a vanilla ice cream cone.

Went into the water several times. Started out freezing but my body got used to it.

Probably not going anywhere tomorrow.

6 days till my weekend vaca.

I put chicken breast into my crock pot with seasoning and tomato sauce for tomorrow. I have a low carb tortilla. Probably have an egg for breakfast.

I’m not sure how I will feel tomorrow about going to the gym. I plan on sleeping late. I hope no one wakes me up!

I do have to take all my recyclables outside into a bin. And clean up a bit. Unload my car of all the soda cases and clean the inside of my car. And maybe do a load of laundry.

So I hope no one invites me to do something.
 
So I guess I’m staying home all day. So I’m fasting all day. But I do have my chicken if I do get hungry.

I already took care of my recyclables and cleaned out my car. I told my brother to clean up the kitchen.

This week my plans are to fast most of the days.
 
Well my sis invited me to bbq in the afternoon. So I couldn’t fast. I had a slice of sourdough and a slice of salami. Then I had half a rib, some shrimp, a little rice and a little potato salad and salad with strawberries. My sis did make me a cocktail but it fell over.

Went into the pool and hot tub. The pool was def warmer than the beach. Still cool but nice on a hot day like today.

Back to fasting!
 
So I had a breakfast of low carb tortilla and shrimp. With an iced coffee with almond milk. Lunch will be tortilla and chicken breast. Dinner will be the same.
 
Lunch was a tortilla and 4 ounces chicken breast. Dinner will be the same. I’ll try to eat after 6 pm.
 
Went to the gym and walked for 35 min on treadmill on an incline.

Would like to go to my local lake but a bear is on the loose so I don’t want to take my chances!
 
Had my dinner at 730 pm. I had a tortilla and chicken breast. Today was a good day food-wise. And I’m glad that I went to the gym.

4 more days until my trip!

I hope I can fall asleep at a good time tonight.
 
All my little bites throughout the day adds up. Well I guess I had a full day of meals. Dinner I had a slice of chicken breast and a slice of chopped ham and 2 tortillas. And two of the last mozzarella sticks.

I had to go with the twins to their karate class. And to their uniform fitting.

Well yesterday I had pizza. Today I had wings and sourdough bread.

Tomorrow I’m going to NH for the weekend. Going to Storyland on Sat. Looks like it’s going to be a good day weather-wise.
