Ate the rest of the steamed veggies and chicken. I was struggling to eat the veggies. Was nauseas. I obviously need to keep eating them. So my plan for tomorrow is to eat another one.

I went into the freezing ice cold water after about 5 tries. Dunk everything except my head!

Had a 6 oz lobster roll.

Tomorrow I have to buy rice for the brown chicken my sis will be making. Going to enjoy my sis hot tub!

Ended up having chocolate last night.

Today I’m fasting until dinner by my sis.

Making shrimp cocktail with my colossal shrimp. Just to have something to snack on after dinner. Instead of the chocolate.

Yesterday I pretty good on my eating.

Today I had an extra large iced coffee and I put in cashew milk and Splenda. From Panera. I did not get any munchkins!

I’m fasting today. If I get hungry I have my cocktail shrimp that I made yesterday.
 
Just had some steamed veggies with shrimp. Going to have the same later.

Had to call someone because my heat isn’t working. Hopefully they come soon.
 
Well my fan on the boiler stopped working. Will get a new one as soon as it comes in. My heat is back on, though, which is great! Need it.

Raining all weekend. So we won’t be going to the lake on Memorial Day on Monday.

Today had 2 glazed donuts, coffee with creamer, and some Chinese food. Went to an air park. Inflatable playground. Was tired after about 15 min of jumping around. Stayed up most of the night last night. I hope I can sleep tonight. Tomorrow going to my sis for lunch and the hot tub. Raining all day tomorrow!
 
Ended up eating 2 spring roll. And a magnum wing. Then I had a pineapple mai tai. I had a piece of steak, potatoes, chicken, and a rib. Some sweets.

Went to the hot tub with the kids.

Weekend and month finally over. Don’t want to check my weight tomorrow!!!

Today I started the day with water. I’m going to fast today. I’m only going to drink water for the whole day!

Too much junk over the weekend. Cakes, cookies, etc.

On Friday, my nephew is graduating from high school. Gotta get him a gift!

Last night I ended up eating. Around 9 pm. Just could not push through. I had some steak with zucchini and squash and mushrooms. A little chicken and half of a McDonald’s apple pie.

Today I’m fasting until dinner. OMAD! But I’m going to have my diet drinks.

Later today I’m going to the beach with my sisters and their kids. Planning on bringing my leftover shrimp. I hope it is still good.

I like to dip in the cold water. I think I burn a lot of calories this way. I’m only hesitant of the sharks. And of course the water is freezing!
 
Thanks, Cate. Did not go in. Mostly because the winds were cold and mostly a cloudy evening.

Shrimp was bad!!! So of course did not take it. Tomorrow I’m just going to do half the package so one pound.

Went to a restaurant and had fra diavola. Seafood with penne. Was good. Had some. My leftover I forgot it in my sis car. Will get it tomorrow. Probably a good idea that I didn’t take it. Would probably have devoured it tonite. Will get it tomorrow!

My package from China came today. Only took 7 days from the time I ordered it for it to come in! Lots of clothes at a cheap price. But quality is good!

Today is an OMAD. I took my brother to stem and got my sis a bar. Then I went and got my leftover food from yesterday.

Well almost the weekend. It should be a hot one. I’m going to try and do OMAD. I’ll try to eat later in the day. I’ll push it as late as I can. Just in case I get an invite from my sis.
 
Well I ended up eating some of my leftovers. Still feeling stuff. It’s lobster, shrimp, scallop, calamari, and mussels with penne. That’s all I’m eating today.

I got a season pass for Kingston lake. I plan on going on the sunny days.
