Just got back from my weekend getaway. Had a great time.

Went to Storyland on Sat and Echo Lake Park today. Ate a lot of food. Today we had curry pork with jasmine rice. Roasted eggplant and Dahl. And plantain and avocado and tomatoe.

Of course I don’t want to weigh tomorrow. But I will.

We r going to breakfast at a new place in Salem, NH. On Tuesday my sisters and I will be meeting up at the lake to do the Shoreline trail around it. No kids! At 530 am. I know I can do it but they like to back out at the last minute. Leaving me by myself.

I’m barely in a healthy BMI.

Today I went out for breakfast at Ellie’s Farmhouse. Had 2 eggs, 2 bacon slices, sourdough toast, and home fries. And a guava passion fruit mimosa. Stuffed!

I’m going to try and fast for the rest of the day!
 
Well I ended up eating lunch. I had Dahl, curry pork, eggplant, 2 mini croissant, and 2 slices of raised bread. Leftovers from the trip.

Up early. It’s raining and it looks like I’m not going for that walk.

Slept early and feeling good.

Had a coffee with creamer. (From the trip). And a slice of sourdough bread.
 
For lunch and dinner today I’m eating a salad with red onion, English cucumber, Roma tomatoes, spinach, and iceberg lettuce. And I have Romain lettuce from the trip. With skinny girl poppyseed dressing.

Our next vaca is July 24. It’s in Oguncuit, Maine. We usually go to the beach there. I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible. I’m starting today.

So today I’m at 141.8 lbs. I’m going to try to get to 130 lbs by then. Right now I’m motivated. And I don’t know how long that will last.

I’m using MyFitnessPal to log my calories in. Today I’m going to use about 600 calories. I’m keeping my cal low. I’m going to try to eat salads every day. I will try that today and see if I feel hungry. I’m trying something different this time. I’m eating all my meals. But no snacking. Except for tomato and salt. I’ll have to eat when I’m by my sis. But I’ll get back on track afterwards. Hopefully I won’t binge on my brothers food. And no purging.

And I’ll have fiber with crystal light. Maybe once or twice a day.

Had 2 little chicken fingers and a bite of boneless ribs.

Tomorrow I’m meeting with my sisters to go for a walk around 545 am. Then my cleaners are coming. I have someone coming to replace a fan on the boiler. Then I’ll go to the gym after.
 
I went for a 4.3 mile hike around lake. It started raining at the last half mile.

Skipping dinner because I’m not hungry. Not that it matters since I was planning on a salad. Will eat one if I feel hungry later on.

Planning on going to bed around 915 pm or so. These past 3 nights I’ve been listening to a sleep class on MasterClass before I fall asleep. It relaxes me so I can sleep.

My sis has a year subscription. It’s mini classes with a lot of famous people doing classes in their field. I listened to Natalie Portman on my morning treadmill walk. It’s videos sometimes with illustrations.
 
So I got hungry and ate some tomato and cucumber with vinegar and salt.

I should be good. Only about 90 min before I will get ready for bed.

Early this morning my sisters and I went for a hike at Winnikinni. We went on the Castle trail and the 1 mile loop. About 45 min.

The cleaners should be here soon. And I’m waiting for the heating guy to come.

My plan for today is to fast until dinner.

Went for a 45 min walk at winnekenni early morning. Same trail.
 
Dinner. Just ordered a rocket sandwich from bennidettes. A roast beef and cheese. Probably will just have half. It’s big.
