Vic’s Weight Loss

Well I can’t seem to fall asleep. So I’m wide awake. I’m watching tv shows. I’ll finish reading my book. I’m going to lay down on my recliner and hopefully I fall asleep. My body is tired and sore.

I plan on hitting the gym at 5 am if I don’t fall asleep. That should be enough time to recover a little. I’ll go to the weights first. Upper body exercises and abs and back workouts. Will use all the machines and free weights. Then after that I’ll go the elliptical. 30 min.

After the gym, have to go grocery shopping. I have to make the salad. And get me some more mixed veggies.

Then I’ll go for a walk around the lake. I don’t have to go to my sis until 5 pm. So I have plenty of time to do my workout. Not sure how far I’ll be going.

The by my sis I’ll be having carbs (lasagna). And I’ll just one shot only. No white wine. I’m pretty lucky that I don’t drink red. They all do. So I’m safe. Might bring my crystal light and my fiber for water. Maybe a couple of sparkling water too. Leave them in my car.
 
I’ll probably eat half an English muffin before I go to the gym in the early morning. Skipping lunch. Dinner is by my sis.

Tonight since I’m up. I’ll just drink Crystal light, diet soda, sparking soda. Coffee and tea. Both with almond milk.

Just had a fiber drink. The package says 3 times a day. Not sure if this is for the challenge. But I’m going to do it. Have one around breakfast. Another at lunch. And one for dinner. It’s working better than before but I think it can improve.

15 more days till my vacation to Virginia Beach.
 
Still up. It’s 1230 am. Had a whole English muffin. With almond butter smear. And an Herbalife shake. Planning on going to the gym at 4 pm. Will do the elliptical first, I hope I can do an hour at level 3. Still sore.

Had a couple of fries and braised carrots.

Went to the gym. Did upper body strength training on machines and free weights. Planning on going to the lake this morning to hike on the trails.

I did have a cutie before I went to the gym.

Not checking my weight today since I’ve been drinking a lot of fluids. Right now I’m drinking coffee with almond milk. Going to drink more crystal light before my walk with fiber.

I went to the lake and hiked for 4.3 miles.

I got all the ingredients for my salad that I’m making for the getogether today. Now just have to make it. I’ll do it around 415 pm.

Tonight it’s lasagna. I’ll eat mostly salad. I got a low cal dressing but I’ll only use half a serving.

Feeling good! I’m doing so well. I can’t wait for next week (if I don’t mess up tonight!). 2 more weeks.

I really hope I can sleep tonight!

Slept last night right after I got hone. It didn’t take me long. Woke up early. So that’s great!

I think I’m taking a day off. Yesterday I had some kind of Dominican pasta dish. With spaghetti and ground beef. Did not know the rest of what’s in it. And pork chop. I had some with a big salad. I used the low cal blue cheese. Tastes real good. Also had one manijuana shot. Gross. And a piece of cake with guava. Yum!

I had a great time hanging with the kids. Theresa actually was playing with worms and put them on her hands. I ran away when I saw it. She is so brave. No fear.

A good day!

Today I’m fasting. Going to try to make it till 6 pm to eat. I have leftovers. If my brother doesn’t eat it. He already ate the cake. If not I have food there.
 
Ended up eating at 1 pm. Had a little of the spaghetti and it has salami in it chopped up into cubes. I had some pork and salad.
 
4 pm: Had a little more spaghetti and pork. A salad with low cal blue cheese dressing. And a whole banana.

I’m going to try hard not to eat anything else.

I’m actually looking forward to tomorrow to exercise. I’m feeling good now and am no longer sore. Getting a whole day to rest.

I hope I can fall asleep tonite. I’ll try to sleep at 930 pm. That’s when I’ll take my meds.

This week I have nothing going on so I’ll be good to workout and have a good diet plan. I hope I don’t get burnt out. I have been thinking more like it’s discipline I need in addition to motivation. And that’s what’s keeping me going.

I’m looking forward to Friday this week. Hopefully I reach to 135 lbs or even lower.
 
And I had a quarter of an Herbalife shake earlier.

6 pm. I just brushed my teeth. Will try to see if that will help me not to eat till I go to bed.

Today we went for a hike up at Weirs Hill. Probably 1 hour and 20 min. My watch died. Need a new one. Probably go to the Apple store and see if they can put a new battery in.

Now by my sis won’t be surprised if I gain weight today. But I’m taking a pause and just enjoy myself. Drinking a black cherry rum and Diet Coke.

Had some cookies. Had a rib, some steak tips, potatoes, veggies.

On Tuesday we r getting oysters. Then Friday we r going to hibachi.

No break to lose weight.
 
I just bought a new Apple Watch. My old one dies quickly. Not even a couple hours. I got to trade it in. My new watch is coming tomorrow. I am so excited.
 
Did brushing your teeth early prevent you from having a late night snack? It usually works for me...
 
Err, yes, it did help. That day. I’m going to keep doing that. After my last meal.

Today I had a mini-binge with cereal. A little of each of sweet cereal. I got up at 530 am, which is super early for me. But I love that time. My bro isn’t up so it’s just me. I’m not sure when he’s leaving and going back to st Croix. I think my mom is leaving here until she comes back. And she’s not coming until she builds the house.

I lost 3 lbs last week. I would have lost more if I did not have to go out with my sisters. And this week we r going out twice. Then if it’s nice on the weekend my sis will invite me for a grill out. I just have to eat less. But I will love to lose another 3 lbs this week. Which is a lot to lose for the week I know.

Today I went for a walk in the morning. 4.3 miles. Hike around the lake.

I’m waiting for my watch. It should be here this afternoon. I bought myself a headphone for my long walks. It will last a whole lot longer than my AirPods. I’ll use those at the gym.

After I get my watch I’m going to the gym.

Then tomorrow we r going for oysters. There is a special on Tuesday and I think I will get me a cocktail.
 
So I’m starting a fast and I’ll do it until I go for the oysters at 5 pm tomorrow. It’s going to be a dirty fast.
 
So I went to the gym. Did an hour walking on a 15% incline on the treadmill. Went as fast as 4.0 mph at times. Went a little bit faster today. Just did lower body strength training and abs.

Still doing good on the fasting. About to take my meds and hopefully go to sleep. Excited about waking up to check my weight! I’m going to try to wake up at 530 am to go to the gym (I hope!).
