So I skipped breakfast. Lunch. I had a couple pieces of steak tips. Several fries and honey wheat bread. All from LongHorn’s.
 
Hey Vicincali, have read all your recent diary entries.. you are doing amazingly. You seem like a really nice person with close ties to your family.

Did your Mum stay with you to get away from the virus?

I'm going to be trying intermittent fasting (along with low carb) so will be following your diary for thinspiration.

Do you live in a really rural area?
 
Hello, Goldstar! Thanks for reading my diary!

My mom stays with me whenever she needs healthcare. So she comes up a couple of months. I usually go back to st Croix during the winter. But with COVID I’m waiting on my vaccines before I go. Not the best healthcare there.

No I live in a city. An hour away from Boston.

If you read my diary from the beginning you would see that I suffer from an eating disorder. Bulimia. I am trying hard right now to stop binging and purging. I find that I do better with IF. Just eating once a day helps me not to binge. These past couple of months I’ve been doing good but I’ve slipped about a couple times.

So I encourage you to read other diaries who are more successful with IF and other weightloss techniques.
 
Going to a brunch on Sat by my ‘sis’. I was hoping to be in the low 130s before I see them. Since my BIL is still recovering from COVID I was hoping they would have cancelled.
 
Vic, going to your sister’s place does not sound like a good idea to me. Your BIL would still be infectious, wouldn’t he?
 
No (too confusing) it’s not by my older sis BIL house. He is not coming with us. He is quarantined at his house in the basement. My sis leaves food for him by his door. She had the vaccine. And she and the twins did get a neg on their covid test.

The ‘sis’ is actually a family friend who we’ve known all of our life. She invited us for a brunch at her beach house that she just rented.
 
Today I won’t be checking my weight. I’m still up at 3 am. Was planning on ordering breakfast. But I made coffee with almond milk and Splenda. And I did make a couple pancakes with syrup. And now I’m full and watching tv.
 
So I’m up early. I couldn’t fall asleep. I fasted all day yesterday. Broke my fast at 12am.

I had an egg with a slice of 35 cal wheat bread. Then I had a Herbalife shake. This I’m going to consider as my Friday breakfast.

Last low weight before I ate was 138.2 lbs

I plan to do another fast today. Friday. If I can I will continue the fast till SAT BRUNCH. Depending on if I fall asleep.
 
Also had bread with a little tuna fish and a slice of bread with mayo.

I’m starting my fast right now. 1 am

I have to do some shopping today. Out of diet soda and my almond milk. Get my bro some wings and corn bread from mb. I’m getting a fruit platter and passion fruit juice for the brunch. Maybe I’ll get those items early sat morning.

So I slept most of the day today after i did my errands. I’ll probably be up all night.

Tomorrow is the brunch. I have to get coffee and munchkins for my sis and the twins before she picks me up. Really did not want to move my car.
 
So starting on Sunday I think I’m doing something else. I’m going to try a keto lifestyle for a week. I’m still reading up on it. Just need to get meal ideas. And go grocery shopping.

Day 1 menu:
Maybe have an egg and two strips of bacon for breakfast if I’m awake. Lunch would be tuna and broccoli. Dinner will shrimp on Bibb lettuce. With pico and avocado.

Tomorrow I’m going to eat a lot. All my carbs! I love brunch. With mimosas!!!

And I don’t have to drive.
 
So I’m back from the brunch. Did okay. Just had one pancake with syrup and a slice of quiche. And 2 small mimosas- passion fruit juice and prosseco.

So I’m going to try to fast till tomorrow morning.
 
So I broke down and had 2 pieces of airfryed chicken breast tenders around 545 pm.

I’m also drinking coffee with cashew milk.

I decided to not drink Diet Coke. I’m not sure how long I will last.
 
It’s late.

I had 2 more pieces of the airfryed chicken breast tenders. And 3 spears of broccoli.

I should be sleeping soon.

My brother has his results for the sleep apnea tomorrow. So I have to be up before then.

Tomorrow I’m having curry shrimp. With broccoli. Maybe.
 
So I did great on my 1st day of not drinking Diet Coke. Actually not even craving it.

I had coffee with cashew milk and Splenda this morning. I think I’ll have a Herbalife shake for lunch.
