I started using the myfitnesspal app. That should make it easier to count my calories.

Just wanted to report that I went to bed at 945 pm last night (took my sleeping pills) and did fall asleep. And I woke up around 530 am. So I went to the gym early. I’m going to do the same tonight.

And I’ll do my run tomorrow whenever I wake up.
 
Today for breakfast I had Hawaiian Rolls. With salami and cheese. And a bowl of Apple Jacks with milk. Lunch I’m having 2 mudslides. Dinner is going to be roti and curry chicken. Dessert probably apple pie with icecream.

Went for an hour long hike on a trail at North Andover.

At my sis all day.
 
Well not good at counting calories. Mostly because I’m overeating. Will start back again tomorrow.

I’ve got to take my brother to his appt tomorrow so I’ll probably have a coffee on the way there. Probably will get Panera since I’ll get almond milk. Lunch will be a veggie black bean burger. Dinner will probably be the same.

Hopefully I’ll make it to the gym tomorrow.
 
I’m having 2 mudslides
Count those calories. Found this on the Internet (never wrong):

Two of those would put me over my calorie limit for the day! Sounds delicious though!
 
Thanks Rob, but it wasn’t a real mudslide just Kalua and 1% milk. And probably not 2 glasses.

But I know you’re right. I’ll try again tomorrow.
 
So I went back to fasting! My brother is gone for now so I’m finally by myself at home.

Today I fasted all day. I just had coffee with almond milk for breakfast. I think I can make it to tonight. I have no temptations.

This afternoon I went to the gym and ran for 20 min straight.

I was with my mom most of the day. I left before my sis came home.

Tomorrow I’m going to do the same. I plan on getting up and go to the gym and try for 25 min at least. Should have more energy. I just hope I can fall asleep at a decent time.
 
So I did end up eating a veggie burger late at night. So less than 200 cal for the day.

I just hope I can sleep tonight. It’s almost 10 and I’m not sleepy yet. And I already toke my sleeping pills. I’ll put everything off and try to sleep.
 
Still fasting!! Just ran for 10 min this morning. Plan on going later. Should do some strength training. Feeling kinda lazy. Hope I can push through it and make myself go.
 
So still fasting! Just had several coffees with almond milk. So about 100 calories. Will eat later if I’m hungry. Maybe a veggie burger.

I made it to the gym this afternoon. I ran for 30 min straight. Slow but I did it. Will try to go a little faster tomorrow.

Finally got a dental cleaning appt with the va for next week. Will have to get a Covid test before I go. So my other dental cleaning I will move to the mid of Dec.
 
So about 500 or so calories for Thursday.

almond milk- 15
Blackbeanburger w/ sira and ketchup-145
Roll with cheese and salami- 200
Raisin bread with peanut butter- 150


Going to sleep now. Already took my ambien. I want to wake up early to go to the gym. I have my ped/mani tomorrow. I’m taking my mom with me!

Then on sat is twins 4th bday. And pick up my mom Jeep from dealership. Have to pick up her meds too.

It feels so good to have my home to myself and no responsibilities. I can finally lose some weight. Doing it with IF. Fasting all day with no sampling of anything. Just almond milk in my coffee. Then at night I’ll eat dinner since I’ll still do that. Going to keep cals at 500 or so or under. I’m also going to try to go for a run everyday till our vacation starts in 8 days! Hopefully I can lose 5 more pounds till then!!!

On Saturday I’ll eat whenever they serve the food and the cake. Hopefully ribs!
 
So this morning I went to the gym and strength trained my upper and lower body. I have to do some abs workout. Planning on going again this afternoon to the gym. After I leave my mom. Still fasting.
 
So I fasted for breakfast and lunch.

So about 600 calories for the day

almond milk-30 cals
Cashew drink-25 cals
Hawaiian roll with cheese and salami-200 cals
Cinnamon raisin sprouted bread with a little peanut butter- 150 cal
Half a spicy beef pate- 200 cals

took pills already. Going to bed at 11. Hopefully I sleep. I’m feeling full. I want to wake up at 630 am to go for my run. Hopefully run 30 min slow. Just to finish it.

Lots to do tomorrow with the twins birthday party. Skipping breakfast and lunch. Will have almond milk from heavenly for coffee.

I hope my sis has veggies tomorrow. Her mil usually makes. I’ll have lots of that. Then whatever else from the grill. If it’s a burger I will leave off the buns. And get some cake. Will try to get leftovers.
 
I tried not eating but don’t want to get dizzy or lightheaded while I’m running. Tomorrow will be my first temptation since I started my IF. Hopefully I choose the right food. I’ll count the calories online. And calculate. Try to eat half of stuff. I think my sis will be to busy to check what I’m eating.

I’m also taking vitamins- multi, b12, and vit d. So I should be good. This week I have labs. And I see my pcp next week after my vacation.

Not feeling sleepy but I’ll try again at 11 pm.

So today I had a burger slider with half a Hawaiian roll, then a chicken thigh with salad, and a piece of guava cake.

I took home leftovers even cake. So I’m not going to eat it until tomorrow.
 
Well today we went to an apple farm. We picked apples and raspberries. I had 2 apple donuts. Then I had 1/4 of a cheeseburger. And a baby sized coffee ice cream cone.

Hopefully that’s all I eat today!
 
I forgot I also had a coffee with creamer and one With almond milk. And half a bag of popcorn.

I hope I will sleep tonight. Planning on taking my pills at 1030 pm. Tomorrow I have a virtual appt with my psychiatrist. I’ll ask him to write a letter so I don’t have to do jury duty.

Planning on going to heavenly when I get up. My mom wants some donut holes. And I’ll get us some coffees. I’ll get mine with almond milk.

I have a covid test on Tuesday so I can get my teeth cleaned.
 
Hi there, Vic! It's been a while since I was here, but I've just read back a bit, and it sounds like you're as sparkly and focussed as ever. :)
 
Hi Amy!

Today I ate a bagel breakfast sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. With a large coffee with creamer and Splenda. Lunch I had some apple cider donuts. And that’s all I’m having for the day.

Have to get my brother tomorrow. He’s back to staying with me. Ugh! I have my labs in the morning.

Then on Thursday getting my teeth cleaned. On Friday we are going on vacation in Connecticut. Kinda cold right now.
