Lol, Amy! Yes I am.

Today I’m at 138.5 lbs. Had bread- butter and raisin. I plan on having pastelles for dinner. It has banana and pork.

Today I had oats for breakfast with whole milk. Lunch was pastelles. I would like to skip dinner.

Tomorrow we are going to the beach- hotel on the cay!

Today I’m skipping breakfast. Lunch I’m having at the beach. Maybe a burger and share it with my mom.
 
Yes, St Croix is a beautiful. I enjoy the weather and the beaches. The waters are crystal clear.

Well I’m at 129.7 lbs. Probably due to the painkiller I had yesterday including all the alcohol that I had.

Today I’m eating fettuccine and ground beef with tomato sauce.

Tomorrow my mom and brother are going to Puerto Rico to go to the hospital. So I’ll be here by myself. Plenty of food since we just went to the grocery store.
 
A tiny bit up, but I bet it'll be off-set by the swimming and lying about soaking up the sun. :) (All the best to your family for the hospital visit.)

Did not weigh myself this morning. I got up late. Don’t want to see the scale though. I did overeat yesterday and I did the same today.

I think right now I’m back on track. Tomorrow I will eat some veggies. It’s lacking in my diet these past few days.
 
130.0 lbs. So not bad at all.

Today I’m back to dieting. Planning on fasting for breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be veggies and a protein.
 
So I had shrimp and veggies. I also had one slice of bread with cheese and ham. Drinking coffee with almond milk and Diet Coke. That’s all I’m eating today.

Today I had oatmeal for breakfast. A large slice of pizza for lunch. Dinner I’m thinking if I can will skip. I think I went over my calories for the day already.
 
I love walking around a new (to me) area - there are always interesting things to note, and there's good exercise thrown in free! :)
(I hope your family did okay re: the hospital visit.)

So I ended up waking up at midnight. Weight 128.7 lbs. which is good. I’m going to weigh myself later in the morning. I’m drinking liquids so my result will be a little off.

So the fast went great. No b/p. Did have a couple of cravings. Skipping out on the fried chicken and rice plate was hard to do.

Oh well! I’m doing so good. I’m just going to fast until dinner. Planning on taking another hour walk around this area. As soon as the sun comes out.

Hey I remember the post you did on your DNA a couple of months back. It pushed me to send off my things and I got the results yesterday, posted a little about it on my diary. It is interesting, but it doesn't look we are very closely related... LOL.
