So today I’m using a new scale. I’m 130.5 lbs!
 
No b/p for one week now! Just trying to eat less.

I skipped breakfast today. Lunch was shrimps and frozen veggies. Ended up going to the grocery store. The almond milk that I got was 60 cals. The lowest there.
 
Thank you, Cate. I’m really just trying not to purge. If I can lose weight too that will be awesome!. But I am trying not to eat too much like before.

Ended up having a little piece of fried chicken, rice, and beans. And turkey. For dinner.
 
130.7 lbs.

So I ate at maintenance yesterday. So the same lunch and dinner. Veggies and protein. I am cutting out the rice and beans.

Good for you! No b/p for a week is great.

I am no expert, so feel free to ignore my opinions, but it seems to me that your purging is a bigger problem than your weight. What would it take for you to keep on without the purging?

Good to see you making progress, your food sounds good. In Louisiana red beans and rice were a favorite dish, probably a lot like your beans and rice. When I was at LSU the cafeteria served it every Monday.
 
You are right. I am trying to stop it. I do think I’m good now.

I ended up having some more rice and beans. I also had half a Jamaican patty. Drinking coffee with almond milk.

Today is my 8th day of not b/p!

There is a parade going on so I can’t go to the beach or even my favorite place- Singhs. I have to wait till Monday to get my doubles.

I also have to go to the VA CBOC to get an appt with a pcp. The lady wants me to come in person to do this. I’ll do this on Monday. It’s to get more medicine. I have plenty but it’s better to have more.

So I’m at 130.0 lbs. Can’t believe I slept well last night! I was a little hungry. Usually if I can’t sleep I get up and eat anything.

Today I went to the beach and had one Diet Coke and rum. I also had beef nachos that I shared with my mom. I do not plan on eating anything else for the day. I think I had all my calories already.

Today I had raisin bread for breakfast. Then I had a double with chana. Then I also had butter bread with cheese and salami. That’s a lot and it’s still early. I’m craving the butter bread.
 
At 129.7 lbs.

Well today for lunch I am having veggies and shrimps. I plan on having that for dinner too.
 
Well today all I had was veggies. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot. I did have 2 Doritos. No shrimp. No meat.

Tomorrow I plan on eating the same thing. With the shrimp. Maybe. I hope I’m under 129 tomorrow.

Breakfast was butter bread and salami and cheese. Planning on not eating again until dinner and it’s going to be raisin bread. Had a coffee with almond milk.
 
All vegies one day, and no vegies the next! You're an all or nothing girl! ;) (Unless the raisins in the raisin bread counts?)
