I haven’t had fast food in weeks.
That is a seriously great! Salute to you - very well done.
Fast food is ... well, I was about to generalise, which I won't do, but I'll go so far as to say that the pushing of fast food often is so damaging as to be almost a health hazard.
 
So I’m at 130.0 lbs.

Breakfast was a bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta and two coffees with creamer. I am fasting till tomorrow.

This Friday is my colonoscopy. So I’m preparing this week. no fiber foods this week. Clear liquids on Thursday.
 
Ended up eating a chopped salad for dinner. Did not binge or purge today. My only craving was the breakfast sandwich which I’ll eat again tomorrow. Will skip lunch. Dinner might be fish.
 
128.6 lbs.

Started my liquid fast today. Going to try to drink clear liquids except for almond milk. Tomorrow will completely be clear.
 
128.2 lbs. Today drinking iced coffee with almond milk. Tomorrow I can’t drink almond milk. I have vitamin water lemonade zero. Then I have crystal light lemonade. I have beef and chicken broth. Diet gingerade. Sprite zero and diet lemonade soda.

so I have everything for my liquid diet.
 
So my weight is 129.2 lbs. I was hoping for a loss. I did drink a lot of liquids yesterday though. I dont want to get dehydrated or lose my electrolytes. Tonight I have my laxative. So that should clean me out for tomorrow. I’m not hungry but I do miss the food. I can’t wait until its over.
 
So at 127.2 lbs early this morning. Did not drink anything until evening. There was so much traffic leaving Boston on a Friday afternoon.

The colonoscopy was quick. I was asleep for all of it. They did find a polyp. Will get result within 2 weeks. It’s good that I actually did it.

Came home and had a grilled cheese sandwich with coffee with almond milk. And Vitamin water. Planning on hydration for the rest of the night and tomorrow.

The prep is the worst. The laxative mixture tasted like metal. I had to drink a gallon of it last night and another gallon in the morning. I even put in crystal light. Gross! I only did one cup in the morning. but I did 2 days of liquids and I used milk of magnesia the past 2 nights. I did not want to have to redo it.

Tomorrow I’m having breakfast of a jumbo egg, ham, cheese on a multigrain bread.

I'm glad it went well and I'm glad it's all over! Will the polyp need to be removed? Really enjoy your jumbo breakfast (with continuing good hydration) - you deserve it! :)
 
Good that it's out, then, and won't be a nuisance over Christmas. Looks like the hearty breakfast bumped you up a bit in weight, but it was much-needed, and most of it's water-weight, as the phrase is, so everything should sort itself out again in the next day or two. Go, you! :)
 
Tomorrow I plan on going to mass at 10. Then by my sis to pick up some stuff. I plan on having an egg, turkey bacon and cheese. By my sis if no food then I’ll have chicken breast with veggies. This week I plan on losing 3 lbs this week. First mini goal is 129. 2mg is 128 and 3mg is 127 lbs. by Friday.
 
At 130.0 lbs. Had a bacon egg and cheese on half a ciabatta. Planning on having a pastellas for dinner.
 
I got confused by mg, meaning mini-goal - I thought you were counting in milligrams! :D
Best of luck with the week's goals, anyway - I bet you've met the first mini-goal already!
