Did not go on walk. Raining. This afternoon went for an hour and 45 min walk around Merrill and castle trail. Up the hill twice. Went to the gym and strength trained upper and lower body. Closed all my rings!

Had the hotcakes from McDs. And coffee with creamer. Lunch was shrimp in sesame and soy sauce with cauliflower rice. Snack was a chocolate croissant (had to buy it to get the sip cup!). Another snack of a salad around 3 pm to tide me over till dinner. Dinner will be a salad with sg poppyseed dressing and shrimp.

So twins bday party is on the 17th. Really want to lose 5 lbs till then. My dress barely fits.

Made it for our walk. Sis A. Did a 30 min dance video.

B: Had a Faye yogurt at 9. (100 cal)
L: Had an egg, 3 shrimp, 1 turkey bacon, and half an English muffin. (300 cal)
S: Had a salad with lettuce, carrots, tomatoe, red onions with sg poppyseed dressing (50 cal)
D: Had 5 shrimp and cauliflower rice and stir fry. (300) cal
After dinner/ before bed: 1 slice of bread and butter (75 cal)
Drinks: tea/coffee with almond milk, water, crystal light. And Diet Coke. (100 cal)

This month I’ll do no snacking junk food. When I’m by my sis I I will not look through cupboard.

This month I’ll try to close all my Apple Watch rings at least on 3 days. I just started back on apple fitness.

Today I got a coffee with creamer from McDs. Lunch was salmon, white rice and black beans (sister gave me leftovers). Dinner is by my sis. I’m bringing roasted sweet potato. There will be bbq ribs and wings.
 
So I also had brownies, vanilla ice cream, and whipped topping.

Leaving tomorrow early morning to go to St Croix. My brother is not doing too well so I’m bringing him back on Monday to go to hospital on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday. So on Sunday we’ll go to the beach at Hotel on the Cay. My mom will make some goat.

I got some cookies and crackers for my flight and I downloaded a lot of shows and movies on my iPad. Most of the day I’ll be traveling. I have two long layovers. Leaving from Manchester.
 
Leaving from St Croix after lunch. 2 layovers. Hopefully I catch my flights.

Had butter bread with salami and cheese for breakfast. Will take a sandwich on the plane.
 
Thanks, Cate. Everything went well and brother is now here. He seems fine though. I think my mom exaggerated about his condition. I’ll have him call to make an appt with his psych this afternoon.

146.4 lbs!!! Agh!!! But to expected after the junk I ate this past weekend on my trip!

Today I had a coffee with creamer and Splenda from McDonald’s. Lunch was a few fries and steak tips. And 1 fried mozzarella stick. And a small piece of butter bread and cheese.

Good to hear your brother is doing better than you expected. The extra weight will probably be part water weight and go down quickly.

I'm glad your brother is better than you thought he would be. I hope you can get him to eat better, Vic or it will be even harder for you.

Went for a walk at Castle trail with sis a. The twins first day in Kindergarten so sis I couldn’t come.

Had a McDonald’s coffee with creamer and Splenda. Had 1.5 English muffin with butter and cheese. Dinner late was two eggs turkey bacon and cauliflower rice Spanish medley.

Did a 30 min dance video on apple fitness. Did 7 min on shoulders and back.

Closed all my rings!

Went for a walk at Castle trail by myself. Sisters couldn’t make it. Did it faster.

Had a coffee with creamer and Splenda from McDonald’s. Had 4 fried mozzarella sticks and 2 nuggets from BK. Dinner was a little rotisserie chicken with a small piece of bread from MB.

Will drink plenty of water today.

Did do a 30 min dance video on AF.

Closed all my rings!
