Today went for a walk at Castle trail with both my sisters.

Went to Panera for a breakfast sandwich. Then for lunch early I had a frontega chicken, and for after lunch while I’m watching DOOL I’ll have a cinnamon roll from Heavenly.

Ended up eating at Butch uptown for dinner. After magic show at the library with the kids. Had half baked potato with butter and sour cream. And steak tips.

Having a emergenC with crystal light.

Walk with my sister I at Castle trail this morning.

Had a breakfast sandwich from Panera. Ate the whole thing! Skipping lunch. Then for dinner at my sis I. Taco night… shrimp and steak.

Having jello for breakfast. Will pass by Panera and get a tea. It’s on my way to the lake. I’m bringing chicken thighs. And we’re having burgers and hotdogs, too. I’m bringing vodka. My sister switched from rum. Less calories.

Had a half of bread with salami for breakfast. Had an Oreo. Couple of tortilla. Getting a cherry vodka and Diet Coke and limes. Lunch was grilled chicken and seasoned rice.

Had an early dinner. Season rice and grilled chicken. Late dinner we went to Salvatore’s. I got a vodka with Diet Coke. And a beet salad. Brought my sg poppyseed dressing. And a bite of a flatbread.

Went to Newburyport. Walked for 45 min.

Then went to farmers market. Had a beef and cheese empanada and a bite of churro. And an iced coffee with creamer. Early lunch of a tortilla and ground turkey. After lunch I had 2 veggie burgers. Dinner was an arugula salad.

Just couldn’t get up for my walk this morning. Slept in.

Went to Panera for breakfast. Ate the whole sandwich. Had a tea and now having an iced tea with a little creamer and skim milk.

Skipped lunch. I will try to skip dinner too.

Fasted until after lunch. Had 3 eggs and 3 turkey bacon with red onions. Tomorrow leaving for a short vaca in Maine. Have a house next to the beach. Should be nice.

Yesterday I relaxed my hair and also dyed it blue black. Going to straighten it later today.

Won’t be able to weigh until Tuesday. Have to buy groceries, get tickets and pack up to go.

Breakfast: Had a salami sandwich and a peach. The peach was nice and juicy. Fresh off the tree.Had some sushi.

Dinner: Then I had a lobster bisque and 1 Malibu rum and pineapple and a blueberry margarita. Then I had a slice of pineapple upside down cake.

After dinner: Then I had a salami sandwich.

Today I got up early went for a walk with my sister and Alex and Theresa. Not very far.

Had breakfast of mangoo over easy egg, avocado tomatoe and longinisa. Had some snacks in the morning. Lunch was rice black beans avocado and baked chicken. Leftovers from yesterday. Dinner will be salmon and quinoa salad.

Today had to wake up early to see the sunrise. Ariana made breakfast. Egg, kielbasa and biscuit.

Too much fog so did not get to see the sunrise. Went to the beach after. Then the gardens. Lunch I got a clam chowder. Been eating a lot of snacks. Dinner we r having a girls night out. Probably get a burger. Dinner plans got cancelled because chef was sick. So I ended up eating beef bulgogi and a slice of cheese pizza.

Breakfast this morning was 2 pancakes and half a waffle. Still kinda hungry. But I’m going to try not to have anything till lunch.

Lunch was a pulled turkey with Swiss on rye. 2 vodkas with Diet Pepsi. Had half a rum raisin frappe. Super full. Had a bite of fried dough at downtown Bar Harbor. Walked on the waterfront.

Leaving tomorrow.

Back home now…

Will weigh tomorrow. I hope I’m under 145 lbs!

Breakfast was a bacon egg and cheese in a croissant from BK. Had a coffee with creamer. Lunch was 2 oz ground turkey with onion, poblano, and mushrooms. Soy sauce and sesame oil. With cauliflower rice. Snack was two tortillas and 2 baby bells. Dinner was 2 oz ground turkey, mushrooms, onions peppers with cauliflower rice. Soy sauce and sesame oil.

Made it to the gym and walked for 30 min. Did at times an incline.

Will drink a lot of water this week.
