Today I went for usual walk.

Dinner was grilled chicken, carrot and raisin slaw, salad, and potatoes and salmon. Dessert was key lime pie.

Going to sleep in tomorrow. No one mentioned our walk in the morning. I left them drinking and joking around. Went home so I can sleep.

This morning went for a 3.5 mile hike around Merrill trail with both my sisters. Sis I texted me early to let me know that she will be ready in an hour or so. Since I was up already I just went.

Dinner I was by my sis for the pool and hot tub. She cooked beef bulgogi with white rice and carrots and cabbage. I had 2 glasses of Rose wine. I also had a s’more.

This week I want to see 135 lbs The only thing that will stop me will probably be Capital Grille on Wed. All the girls are going. Even Theresa! It’s 3 course so I’ll try not to overdo it. One cocktail only.

Made it for our walk. A cancelled.

Breakfast was an egg with onions turkey bacon and zucchini. Lunch was mushrooms and green beans. With chicken breast. Then I had a lot of nut mix. So I’m skipping my afternoon snack. Dinner was green beans, mushrooms, onions, and chicken breast.

Sis A has covid so she won’t be going on our walks anytime soon. I have a covid test in the morning. I’m not showing any signs so I think I’m fine.

And we might not be going to capital grille on weds. I’ll ask I about it on our walk.

So I took an at home rapid test and I’m positive for Covid! I’m getting a pcr test in the morning.

Girls night got cancelled.

Guess did not do well yesterday. Had way to much nut mix. Not hungry this morning. Just drinking a Diet Coke. Have my pcr test in a bit. Ended up eating breakfast of an egg, red onions, and 2 slices of turkey bacon. Dinner was brown rice and curry chicken.

Today for breakfast was an egg with onions and 2 bacon slices. Lunch will be brown rice and curry chicken.

Still waiting for my Pcr Covid test results. Got my pcr test and I am positive. It’s a good thing that I have lots of groceries so I don’t need to go out. And I’m saving a lot of money.

Had some McDonald’s hotcakes with syrup and butter for breakfast. Lunch was a frontega chicken sandwich from Panera.

Still at home. No symptoms still. I’m going to take an at home covid test tomorrow. Sis going to the beach on Sun. So I can get out of isolation tomorrow and just wear my mask for another 5 days.
 
After a positive PCR test we have to isolate for 7 days, with or without symptoms. Is there a hotline you can ring to ask?

Today went for a walk with my sis A at Castle trail.

Breakfast was an egg, red onion, poblano pepper, turkey bacon one slice and zucchini.

Still positive for covid on rapid test.

Going by my sis I for lunch. I’m bringing potato salad.

Going to the beach. Ended up eating a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant from BK. Then had some chips and dip. Lunch was one fried chicken drumstick and pasta and potato salad. Had a salmon burger on a tortilla and an arugula salad.

This week I want to go for my morning walk with my sisters. Eat 3 meals and no snacking between. Maybe have another workout in the evening.

Went for a 40 min walk at the beach and a 46 min walk in my neighborhood.

Went for a walk at Castle trail with sis A. 1.5 miles. Went to gym and trained some upper body. Hiked Merrill trail and did Castle Trail, too. 4.5 miles.

Breakfast was an egg, turkey bacon, onions, peppers on a whole wheat low carb tortilla. (150 cal)

Lunch was an arugula salad with cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and cranberries with sg poppyseed dressing. Also had a tortilla and curry chicken breast and potato. Another tortilla with curry chicken breast and potato. (450 cal)

Dinner will be curry chicken breast and a tortilla. (300 cal)

I hope I can do this. Gained last week but I did have covid. My excuse anyways.

Plan to do a workout on YouTube. I’ll do a strength training on upper body and abs.

I have 9 days before our Maine trip. I wish I didn’t waste my summer. Could have been at goal by now. So now I’ll work on it for my Santo Domingo trip at the end of Oct. Still studying my Spanish. So hard!

Had a McDonald’s hotcakes with an iced coffee with creamer. Late lunch of a frontega chicken sandwich and a baguette with butter.

Have a follow up appt at noon. Negative on covid test.

Did not get to walk this morning. Got a McDonald’s coffee with creamer instead. Going with my sis somewhere this morning. Need my help with the twins.

Bad half a bagel with butter. Lunch/dinner was lobster pie with mashed potato and asparagus.

Did a 30 min Zumba YouTube video. Did a 5 min abs video.
