Went for a walk at Castle trail with sis A. 1.5 miles. Went to gym and trained some upper body. Hiked Merrill trail and did Castle Trail, too. 4.5 miles.
Breakfast was an egg, turkey bacon, onions, peppers on a whole wheat low carb tortilla. (150 cal)
Lunch was an arugula salad with cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and cranberries with sg poppyseed dressing. Also had a tortilla and curry chicken breast and potato. Another tortilla with curry chicken breast and potato. (450 cal)
Dinner will be curry chicken breast and a tortilla. (300 cal)
I hope I can do this. Gained last week but I did have covid. My excuse anyways.
Plan to do a workout on YouTube. I’ll do a strength training on upper body and abs.
I have 9 days before our Maine trip. I wish I didn’t waste my summer. Could have been at goal by now. So now I’ll work on it for my Santo Domingo trip at the end of Oct. Still studying my Spanish. So hard!
