This morning went for a walk around Castle trail with my sis.

Breakfast was pumpkin and cauliflower rice. Lunch was buffalo tuna and sautéed eggplant. And an arugula salad with red onions, cucumber and tomato. Dinner was sautéed garlic chicken and cauliflower rice and eggplant. After dinner I had a little pumpkin with ketchup. I’ve been having jello cups throughout the day.

I’m trying to lower my cholesterol. It’s kinda high. I’m also trying to incorporate more veggies.

Sisters cancelled again. I went to the gym instead. Did 30 min on treadmill. 20 min was incline at 15% and the rest flat. Went for a walk at Castle trail and a little on the Merril trail.

Breakfast is cauliflower rice and eggplant. Early lunch was airfryed butternut squash wedges with ketchup. Lunch was tuna fish with red onions and cauliflower rice. Had a snack of a bite of microwaveable pepperoni pizza (by my sis to go to her pool). Dinner was steamed lobster (A brought one for me and I went for date night). After dinner I had curry chicken cauliflower rice and eggplant.

No protein. I’m doing my own form of OMAD and fasting. Eating protein just at dinner. Or maybe I’ll skip it if I can. Actually I’ll have tuna for lunch.

I’m trying to decrease my cholesterol.
 
That doesn't sound like the most sustainable way to reduce cholesterol :unsure: Tuna is a good option, or at least beans/tofu? Your body needs protein to function, especially if you need to do this long-term, and only having protein once a day already makes it harder to get enough of it.

Did not make it for our walk. Everyone cancelled so I just went back to bed! Maybe I’ll go later.

Breakfast was peaches and cream oatmeal with almond milk. Yum!!! Did not feel like eating veggies for breakfast. Almost went for breakfast out but nothing sounds good! So I went to grocery store to get farina but got the oatmeal instead. Oatmeal is keeping me full. Eating tuna, cauliflower, and eggplant for lunch. I’m eating half rn. Ate the other half. Dinner I skipped. 3 more hours till bed. Hopefully I don’t have anything else. Ended up eating a strawberry cream oatmeal at 9 pm. And then shredded chicken breast with ketchup. Then I had chicken ketchup and cauliflower rice and veggies.

Tomorrow is taco night. My favorite! I’m bringing chicken thighs so they can grill it.

Can’t believe that I’m maintaining my weight. I am trying to eat less.

Breakfast was banana cream oatmeal. I ate before lunch. Cauliflower rice and chicken breast. And an arugula salad with cucumber. Drinking an iced coffee with skim milk. Dinner will be 2 tacos- one shrimp and one chicken.

This week I saved a lot of money not going out. I cooked my own food too!

Well I’m by my sis early. To babysit a puppy. Snacking. Just a bite of this and that. Not having anymore. Waiting for my tacos,

Said no to cake and s’mores. Win!

Today I broke down and had a bacon, egg, and cheese with spinach on a ciabatta bread. Panera. Breakfast.

Lunch was by my sis. Fried Snapper, rice, beans, coleslaw. Dinner was oatmeal and a protein drink. After dinner an avocado toast.

Today I’m skipping breakfast. Going to Chunkys at noon. So might eat there. Going to watch a movie with I and the twins.

Had some popcorn and 2 Oreo thins that my sis brought to the movie. Had a pulled pork bbq taco. I think it had slaw with it. Then dinner was bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin bun.

Went for a walk around castle trail with sis I.

Had a bacon wake-up wrap and an iced coffee with skim milk. Lunch was an avocado toast. Both from DDs. Then I had 3 wing dings and a med mango. Dinner was some chicken breast. And an arugula salad with tomato, red onion, and cucumber.

Went for a walk at castle trail with both my sisters.

Had an avocado toast and an iced coffee with skim milk for breakfast. Dinner was chicken breast.

Have an appt today for a consultation to get Botox for between my brows and my forehead. I hope it’s a fair price. I hope they can do it today if I do decide to do it. They did it. I can already see a difference. Said about 1-2 weeks.

This morning went for a walk with sis I. Castle trail.

Breakfast was 2 sourdough avocado toast. (1/2 of avocado. I actually put my bread outside my door so I don’t go back to eat it. Planing on eating the bread just in the morning.

Also had sautéed tomatoes. Cooked in a little olive oil. I just had some baby carrots. I took a little nap.

Going to K library with the kids.

Went for a walk by myself at Castle trail.

Breakfast was a scrambled egg with onions and sautéed cherry tomatoes. Having baby carrots and cherry tomatoes. Early lunch was chicken breast and cauliflower rice. Ended up eating dinner late. I had sautéed chicken breast with onions and arugula salad with cucumbers and tomatoes. I will take my pills at 10:30 pm. And try to fall asleep. Might take another dose of the ambien.
