Hello Forum friends I haven't been on in a while I was mostly hidding after my weight in last week was 174lb. I was so pissed at myself I had decided to quite and bought a bunch of junk foods to eat. That was the bad news...Good news is that the junk food is still sitting in the pantry on the junk shelf untouched....I was unable to go back to my old ways I sat with the bag of chips and decided I didn't want to go there again and put it away...Last January I never ever would have been able to do that. Since I have last been on I have been focusing on eating healthy and restarting my water drinking habit wich I got to admit is going very well! I also am trying to sleep more ( when the kids let me). I am also working on my daughters sleeping issues, no more cartoons for the time being no tv at all so that seems to help be more active during the day and is more tired at night... I will be back on here on here on a regular basis soon...My daughter has her first day of school on friday
and once the new schedual is set I will have a set time everyday to long on here I miss you guys alot!!! I am back on track eating good and won't be away too long,,,I can't wait to see everyone's progress!
