Ok so I will start with the great news!!! I am officially out of the 180's barely but still out! Drum Roll Please!!!!!!!!!179.9lb this morning!

Good Morning!

I don't know if I am still a member of the 170's but I should be cause besides the pancake breakfast yesterday morning (it was for a fund raiser) I ate very well this weekend. I found this jungle gym workout on kaboose .com it looks like fun but it was terribly cold out this weekend had it not been for the wind it would have nice the artic wind blew and I amde it to the park and had to run twice to the washroom with my dauther (I think the public washrooms are still a bit scary to her) I ended up just doing the warm up wich was chasing my daughter around the park and we where all too cold and my son just wanted to eat rocks ( yes you read right) so we went back home but at least I did the walk pulling the 60lb wagon so that alone was sorta of a workout!!!!
Then sunday we went to the fire fighter fund raising breakfast and I shared a plate with my son, pancakes from a box is soooo discusting, I prefer my homade ones, then when it was time to leave I noticed that my mother in law had walk over there with my father in law and he was busy talking to everyone so I told my husband to give his mom a ride and I was gonna walk she has really bad knee and I could see the humidity was getting to her so I took the long way around and walked over to her house, so that was my exercise for the weekend I was so tired, and I didn't get why, but then yesterday tom arrived it's wasn't supposed to for another 5 or 6 days but here it is so I am going to have to kick my own butt this week making sure I workout all I want to do when I have tom is sleep and eat junk I am so suprise the scale was down last week cause usually I go up a lb or two but I will take it! Hubby is working days this week so that means I get to go out and run if the weather permits!!!!

I have no idea pay day is on thursday so until then we eat what we have in the house! I think the healthy choices are all gone so I have no clue how I will manage I have like a couple of oignions and mabee 1 pepper left I may go for a veggi omelette with out cheese we will see! Hello ok so I am busy at work today (yes yes busy at work I am in shock too lol!) so I have to make this quick....Last night I did not workout but I did stick too good eating, I went out for walks at lunch yesterday and today! 1 hour of walking in 2 days not too bad but my dumbells are getting kind of dusty so I am gonna have to use them soon! I ate really well today no time to write everything down but if I continue like I have been doing I am confident I will see the scale go down this friday!! I will be back tommorow and try to catch up on peoples diaries!!!
 
Hey Verobc, I am so happy for you (170s). You have left me in the weight loss game, I was trying to hang in there with you. My health issues have me at a stand still but I am trying to incorporate some small things into my diet to help me along. Keep up the good work and have a great week!
 
OMG! I don't check up on you in a few days and look what you go and do lol. Great job getting out of the 180's!!! Now, it is just a matter of time until you are out of the 170's. You are really getting in the groove and finding ways to fit in that exercise. I know you won't have any trouble from here on out. Sorry to hear about the job, but at least you still have one to go to. Something better is bound to be around the corner!

Good Morning! Last night I had a good workout! I did my circuit thing again but I ran the stairs at every commercial from 9pm to 9:30, I thought my legs would kill me this morning but not pain what so ever, same with my abs I really worked them out like crazy I did 30 of everything I am wondering if the fact that I am not in pain is a sign that I am getting stronger or that I need to push myself more.......Anny idea, Last night my legs felt like burning jello and my abs where on fire for about 15 to 20 min then back to tired and normal but I was expecting pain lots of it....mmmm well I will try and workout again tonight! I feeling less tired and I am starting to see changes in my body but of course I want to see more faster lol I have the patience of a 3yrs old!!!!

(ok so I am getting sick of this everymorning but I eat breakfast at work because morning are too rushed and when I eat before going in the car I get car sick, even if I am the one driving)

no snack unless I get hungry who know when it's my tom I tend to be more hungry but this time around I don't feel like eating nothing looks good I am craving fruits and raw veggies but I have to wait until payday to go shop(whoo hoo it's tommorow)
tonight it's vegie spegetti sauce and I think I will go buy myself a spegatti squash to eat it with instead of pasta it's been so long since I have eaten that but it's sooo good and I can eat more lol!!!!

Hey thank you for stopping by........I really hope your recovery is going well, take the time to heal and then you will be back and in better health, it's good taht you remain in the weight loss time frame you know they say that 80% of weight loss is proper nutrition so as long as you are doing that and then as your DR gives you the ok to exercise you will be joining me in no time!!!!!

LOL I really want to be at around 165 by may 27th (that is around what I weight for my wedding, I was 4.5 mo pregnant so I don't know the actuall weight but it was around there somewhere) I can't beleive that was 4 years ago already...I want to try on my wedding dress again and hope it's too big!
We are also talking about getting our familly taken in early summer. The pic I have on here was taken the day after the wedding so I am hoping to get back to that! Good Luck me!!!!
 
Good work this week Veronique! I love spaghetti squash too and should really try it more instead of noodles. I think you will have no problem reaching your goal for May! Keep up the hard work and stay consistent!!

Thank you!!! Staying consistent is my problem I always start stuff but never finish from the time I was 5 I did that with figure skating and gymnastics I always enrolled but only went to half the clases....but I am changing that so consistency will have to become my middle name lol......

Wow it's thursday already...where did the week go????? I guess when you have work to do during the day time just flys. I worked out again last night while watching the playoffs GO SENS GO lol!!! Sorry I had to input that in there somewhere, I did a little skipping roap last night I had bouth one that counts how many time you jump or how many calories you burned but when skipping my flabby stomach bouncing up and down was yeurk I hated the feeling and what it must have looked like (crazy since I usually did this while the hubby is at work and the kids are in bed, who cares what it looks like)
This time around I noticed a lot less movement or felt less so that made me feel good!! I also did some more running up and down the stairs I used to do it 8 times down and 8 times up this week I decided to push a bit more so 12 times down 12 times up, I also did my arm and leg workout followed by the abs workout then more stairs and then some streches......oh and you yesterday that whole why am I not feeling the hurt!!! Scratch that I am feeling it big time, I am gonna hate running up and down the stairs to go to the washrooms today I kind of feel like I have been hit by a truck, but in a good way lol at least I can feel the burn right??? ok so I have to get back to work cause again I have a huge pile on my desk....That is good too less time for snacking!

Today I toyes with the idee of not drinking my usuall water because the washrooms are in the basement but then I tought no weight in is tommorow you don't want to do anything to harm that so I did drink water and I had to go to the washroom often and my legs are not liking me today! They will like me even less tommorow cause weight in is tommorow I have to to work out like crasy tonight I am hoping to see a diff but it's tom so I don't know if I will see a change or not....... We will see tommorow morning!!!

Good Morning and happy Friday!!!!! ok so I weighted myself this morning 178.2 last week I was at 179.9 so almost 2lb :party: I was wanting a bigger lost but I will take whatever loss I get and be happy with it it's my second week out of the 180's at some point I tought I was gonna be stuck there! So having not gone back to the 180,s is great now I am looking forward to the 160's lol......I really need to work on my patience. This week was good I workout twice for 30+ minuts and I am planning to do it again tonight...last night I didn't workout my daugther didn't sleep until liek 8:30 and by then I just wanted my bed so I got my stuff ready for today and was in bed by 9pm I am feeling great and energized this morning!!! I should have taken the morning off and workout but I don't think I should miss work to work out, my boss gets pissed and ignores me if I miss when I am sick even with a DR,s note, this winter I had a lung infection a really bad one the DR gave me 2weeks off and I took only 4 day and came back to work and he was really pissed and didn't speak to me for at least a month (got to admit is was kind of funny I would say good morning when he came in and he would just walk by. When he had some work for me to do or something to tell me he would tell another person to come and tell me....so I felt like I was back in grade school. It's bad when the boss is so immature) I am having a hard time getting ready for work in the morning, none of my clothes look good on me, my pants are all loose most of them I can pull on and off with out even undoing the buttons or ziper wich mean I will have to go shopping but at the same time I still have so much too loose I don't want to go shopping, I don't have any summer shirts for work, the last two summers I actually worked I was pregnante so I had maternity clothes (thank god they don't fit annymore)In the last 4 year I haven't bought any regualr summer clothes for work since I was prego , on mat leave, then prego again and on mat leave again but I went to check out Value Village yesterday and nothing caught my eyes I want to get one or two summer dresses and 2 or three 3/4 pants and some short sleeved blouses and that is it cause I can't spend too much on something I plan on being too big by the end of summer annyways, I will have too keep looking in trifts stores until I find something I have to wear clothes to work those are not optional lol!

:party: Great loss this week! I totally agree that you need to buy some clothes while the others are too big - you need to feel good about yourself through this process and that makes a huge difference. You can't admire your progress so far when your swimming in your clothes! It does take a long time to go through all the stuff at Value Village but keep looking and I'm sure you'll find at least a couple tops. Or buy new stuff that might shrink if you dry it and just don't dry it for now and then when you need it to be smaller throw it in the dryer. Or Walmart sometimes has $5 racks and I buy a lot of clothes there when I know I won't have them for long because the quality is pretty crap - but they last a couple months!

Congrats on your loss! It's great that your clothes don't fit, but I know what you mean about not wanting to buy more because you still plan on losing more. I try not to buy too much while I'm at this stage, but it's hard because I don't want to wear the exact same clothes all the time...

Good Morning and happy monday! I had a good and relaxing weekend, hubby was working and the kids and I went to visit my parents (so I got to work out on the threadmill) on saturday and sunday we just stayed home and catched up on laundry and housecleaning. Ok so on sunday mornings I usually get on the scale just because on weekend I don't write down what I eat so it's just to keep everything in perspective usually the numbers are very similar to the ones on friday sometimes 0.02 more or less but no big difference so on friday I weighted at 178.2 and yesterday morning I was at 174.6 How is that even possible??? I still officially at 178.2 we will see where I am at on friday, one can only wish right? This morning I started taking the bus this morning, it's different from driving so far I don't hate it we will see how it goes for the rest of the week! I am testing this until july to see how much money we save and how the morning goes but I am still hoping to get a good paying job closer to home, I love comming to Ottawa but I need more time for the kids and me and that is 10 hours of travelling every week so if I can reduce that I will but I can't sacrifice too much money either, so I guess time will tell!

ok so I went for another walk at lunch time and I think tonight I will sit down and plan my meals for the whole week, cause I don't like not knowing if there is good healthy meal waiting at home or not and I am alone with the kids most of the week I don't want to eat supper at 8 pm cause that is when I work out (or when I should be working out) I am gonna try to get the kids to bed before 7 during the week around like 6:45 cause lately they are grumpy in the morning and now that I am taking the bus my daugther is getting up at 5:45 instead of 6 and my son at 6 instead of 6:15 so it will be tought for them poor little guys!
