Happy friday everyone!!!! Yesterday was very stressful a girl at work got fired so that kind of soured the mood, being at reception I kind of saw it comming and tried to clue her in about being late and missing so much work, but since I also have to be discreet about conversation I hear, it's easy to misunderstand when the conversation are around you but your are not really a part of them, annyways I couldn't just go to her and say hey straithen up I think you are getting fired, it was sad but I am sure she will find a better workplace then here!
It's friday wich means I weighted myself this monring!

I am at 181.2
almost a 2lb so I am very happy with it. I would have been nice to see 179 but mabe next week! If I go down to 175 by the 3rd week of April I will be back to where I was before I go pregnant with my son, wich was somewhere in April 2007, and by May I would love to be in the 160's since I will be celebrating my 4th wedding anniversary on the 27 it would be nice to be the same weight (sure the hubby won't really notice that but I sure will, mabe I could try my dress on!)
Last night I didn't work out. Hubby's was home since he worked on Sunday last weekend he got a day off in the week and when I got home he had bought everything to make Margaritas (my in laws came back from Mexico with tequilla ) and after the kids where in bed I figured I will have one then do my workout! It's been too long since I drank I was tipsy after half the glass! lol I used to be able to drink so much more ( I once drank 1 little bottle of tequilla strait all to myself and was barely tipsy, that is what happend when you have kids right???)

Lunch:
I am going out with the girls we need a moral boost after yesterday so lunch is a write off a club or somthing I will see and update this.
Snack
Since I am breaking the bank at lunch I will stick to green tea
Diner
3oz chicken
Salade I will put my dressing on the side and dip my fork in it appenrently when you do that you get all the tast of the dressing but use only a fraction of what would be used if you put the dressing on the salad.
I am hoping to get a chance to go for a run on Saturday and Sunday but since weekend can be sort of crazy I don't know!
I will drink my 100oz of water today!
and since winter made a come back -21 degrees outside
I am not walking at lunch!
