Your doing great! Sounds like you had an active weekend. Even if that was not your official weigh in, congrats on being in the 170's! I am sure with the work you are putting in, you will be there for sure come your next official weight in. Keep up the great work and Happy Monday.
 
You're doing great! 179.4 lbs is awesome! Even if you're not couting it, I think you're done with the 180's! I love making home made egg mcmuffin's too! I eat them all the time, yummm :drool5: Good luck with your interview! Have a great day :D

Thanks Girls!!!! I was very happy to finnally be out of the 180's now I just have to stick to my workouts and good eating!!!!! Ok so interview is at 4:30 I have to find a suitable excuse to leave here, I think the boss knows I am looking he is not stupid just an ass but I don't want him to "know" until I give him my letter of resingnation (is this how it is spelled) When I do get a new job It will be weird I have worked here since may of 2003 I kind was kind of hoping to give them two weeks notice but I will not miss an oportunity, the job I am going to interview for is starting next monday so I have to put my needs first! I am requesting positive vibes please!!!!!! I am so nervous I have butterflies in my stomach lol!

You have small children right? Are they at daycare? If not, does your boss know this? Call, text or e-mail a friend and have them call you at work and say that your child got sick at daycare and you have to come pick them up now. Your phone will ring and everything, so it looks ligit. Not that I've done that... :leaving:

Congrats on being in the 170s! I'm super jealous- I don't think I've been that light since I was a freshman. IF that. You are doing fabulous, keep it up :D

Lol A former co worker used that one on a weekly bases ......I am the one who receives all phone call so I don't even need someone to call in lol no accomplices needed!! I just said my daycare provider called and she had an emergency and needed my kids picked up. He didn't asked any more, I even had time to go home and redo my hair and make up (by make up I mean mascara cause that is the only thing that does not give me a rash)

The interview went well they even asked if I could posibly start there this week if they chose me, I have been here a while I want to give the Ass at least 4 days notice.

Hello Everyone!!

So today I am feeling great! As previously mentioned the interview went very well!!!!!! The only thing is I tought I was going for another reception job but really it's more like an assistante to the controller of the company so Yikes I a next to no experience in payable or receivables I proof read and some data entry but I don't know that's what they are looking for! I hope so but if I get the job :sifone:great! If I don't then it wasn't meant to be and another one with my name on it is out there! I won't beat myself up it's not like I could lie and fudge the experience I had and then later on fall flat on my face cause I don't know what I am doing.....it's all in somone elses hand I was truthfull and honnest and if I am the best for the job then :coolgleamA:.

Last night I didn't have diner till like 8:30 -8:45 pm needless to say that the only work out I got was carying 18L water bottle from the refill station to my car and from my car to the house I can feel it still (what was I thinking wearing heels to do that) my arms are getting stronger cause it wasn't as hard as usuall to do this! Yay!!! I also did a bit of stairs brining laundry downstairs to wash and tonight I have a giant pile (one week'w worth) waiting to be folded and put away. At least it's clean I need to do my abs workout it's been almost a week! I read an article don't remember where last week saying that one way to get flatter habs with out crunches was to suck your stomach in as much as you can when walking and going up stairs that is suppose to help flatten the abs??? I am gonna try this so at least when I don't have time to do the actuall workout I still am doing something.

24 pts if I go with chiken and 23 if I go with legumes. Soon I will have to go down to 22PTS daily yay!! It's start at 174 so that is almost here!!!!
 
Good work over the weekend Veronique!! Your setting a great example on here! I hope you get the job and I'm crossing my fingers for you and sending positive vibes!! Doesn't it suck going down WW points! I'm on 19 points right now and it doesn't leave much room for snacks! Keep it up!!

I am actually exited about going down in points cause that means the scale is going in the correct direction!!!!! See I did say I am the glass his half full type of person lol!!!! Last time around my snack where carrots stick and celery stick raw vegies, if you stick to a cup it's 0 points there is also the 0 points for that vegi soup so that with a half sandwich keeps the point value low, so I am going to have to go back to that lol. I just find that prepping all this is very time consuming but it does help with the sometimes evil scale lol I guess you where writting on here while I was writting in your journal!!!

Maybe try doing lunges instead of walking from room to room in your home as well. Just a thought, since I know how busy it can get in a house full of kids. Your doing awesome and you are right about the points going down being a good thing.

Thank You!!! I was thinking about trying the lunges at work but lol no since I work the front desk not good! I will try that at home, I will have to do my stair running too cause they are saying rain for the whole week, but since it's really dry we kind of need some rain I don't want bush and forest fires so bring on the rain I will do the indoor workouts! I am suppose to hear from the job today I was told in the morning so I am kind of thinking I don't have it, but like I said before I will be disapointed but I don't want to be hired for something I can't do and then end up with no job, on to the next job I think I will take a half a day off from work and just go in person to ditribute my resumer around where I live even the companies that do not hire at the moment you never when a job opens up! I hate the not knowing part!

Good day!

So last night I attacked the giant mountain of laundry that appenrently had my name on it. I did mabe 1 or 2 min of stair running and the only abs workout I did was the holding them in tight when walking, arms and legs workout I guess would have to be the stairs, and the carrying a mountain of laundry but at least it's done so tonight I can maybe do more of a workout!
I haven't heard from the job so I am assuming someone else got it....it sucks but what can I do......other then move on and keep looking at some point something else will have to come up...until then I am stuck in this hell. Could be worst I have a job right?

Good Morning

Ok so I got all dresses to work out, started to do streches and then all motivation went out the window, and I sat on the couch and watch tv....also i skipped diner (no wonder I had no energy to workout) I have to stop doing that, at least I was very close to 24 pts annyways so I didn't really undereat I was just not hungry, i think not getting the new job affected me more then I toughted it would, but I am feeling better now I think I just had to let the emotions out and now it's done....but at least I did not grab a bag or chips or drank a 2l of pepsi along with a whole container of ice cream, I am very proud of myself for that I havent use food to deal with my emotions in a little while now, now I just have to learn how to pour my stress into my workouts!....One step a time right:hurray: For the last two day I have been walking my 30 min at lunch time so at least I have done that!! Today I don't think I am interested in being outside at all it's so dark out it feels like I am working night shift, and sooo cold....stupid winter wants to come back.....I want to move to Jamaica! Ok I am done with the bitching for now!

RIGHT!! Great attitude Veronique! You will get there. Stay consistent this week and I think you will see great results! You did so good over the weekend too - I'm jealous of your hard work sometimes! Keep it up! I'm sure another job opportunity will come your way that will be even better!

Happy Friday!!!!

Ok so I will start with the great news!!! I am officially out of the 180's barely but still out! Drum Roll Please!!!!!!!!!179.9lb this morning! I did have a great workout yesterday about 35 min I can of did a home made circuit training...I started with streches (I have got to learn how to spell!) and then around 5 min of stair running then arm workout, leg work out, abs workout, and another 3 min of stair running and then some more streches....my abs are rebelling this morning I used to do 15 sit ups, leg ups, obliques (15 on each side) I do 2-3 sets last night I decided I needed to do more and did 3 set of 25 breathing hurts today, but the good kind. I got to get some work done this morning and I have got to catch up on other diaries but this weekend if the weather permits I will spend time at the park so I am gonna try to find a jungle gym workout online mabe I could do that while my daugther plays!

Awesome job Veronique!! Now take that momentum and fly with it!! Great work out last night - I love it that you created your own circuit! When we are low on cash we make soup and tuna melts lots - hopefully you have some cans stowed away in the back on the cupboard! Take care of yourself and have a great weekend - you deserve it!!
