Hey Veronique - Good to hear that you are feeling better today and talked things out with your husband! That is a good idea to do ballet classes with your daughter. I think dance is a great thing to get her into - I started when I was very little and took classes all the way up until high school! Gotta get those kid involved in sports and activities! I have been eating a lot of fruit too and I'm not sure how it affects weight loss. I think fruit is a little heavier on carbs but I don't think the amount is significant enough that it's bad for you. It's better than cookies and ice cream, that's for sure! Have a great day :)
 
I'm so glad to hear your husband apologized - I think if it happens again where he isn't putting in his part you should take a couple days away and he will realize really fast how much he needs and wants you and really start helping out. That would be frustrating with the phone - I'm not a phone talker at all and I have some friends and family that call and can talk for hours - whenever I see my hunnie's mom calling I always get him to answer because she is hard of hearing and I have to scream into the phone and she talks and talks and talks.
I think fruit is a great alternative to chips and chocolate - good for you handling your cravings so healthy! I don't think I could do the same. I hope you get a good sleep tonight so your still not exhausted tomorrow. Have a good day Veronique - you food log looks great - keep it up!

They say communication is the key, and it's right in any relationship, I am just hoping he understood. I know he loves to take the kids to the park and I understand that he work long hours and it's mostly physical work and he starts at 4 am so he is tired during the evening, but he just needs to understand that even if I am sitting at a desk with out much work I have long days too and I am if not physically emotionally tired, I am also the one who gets awaken like 10 times a night so just that is tiring. I am hoping he got that!

I don't really count carbs, I just stay always from white bread pasta and rice as much as I can which is easy cause I grew up eating whole wheat so I don't really like the white stuff. I was just wondering about the sugar turning into fat.... Also during my second pregnancy when they tested me for gestation diabetes the results where not good I wasn't diabetic but surgar levels where really high so I had to stop eating fruits and breads and pasta for the 4 remaining months, that is why I have these questions.....I would love to meet with a nutritionist for that type of info, but I refuse to eat the fat free stuff or anything with artificial sweetner so I don't know how a nutritionist and I would get along....I will have to make some reasearch!
 
Ok so I come on here to confess ...I binged at lunch time....I was actually hungry but I went with poor choices. I ate a Twix both bars and a bag of Juliennes Potatoe Sticks.....I ate my lunch 30 min i was still hungry so I ate my berries, 20 min later still hungry I should have eaten my banana but no I chose to walk over to the train station and have junk! I hate when i do this but for the rest of the day water water water!
 
Veronique, DO NOT have any more junk today. Stop junk eating where you are at. And yes, water water water....i'm pmsing majorly too...i crave sweets but my mood gets all over the place too.

Replacing cookies and pop with fruits is an excellent idea. I'm a biiig fruit lover (you can see from my food logs). Apples are really good, bananas are good too if you have one or two. I am a biig mango lover (and its in seaason here right now). Don't forget to log the fruits in- bananas and mangoes do eventually add up too (i learnt it the hard way the other week). But fruits is MUCH MUCH MUCH better choice than cookies and such.

My common sence and will power are gone on holiday together is seems! Hopefully I can still salvage the week!

I wouldn't worry to much about your lunch binge....just accept it and move on..lol! You're doing great....we all have bad days...or in my case weeks...hahaha. Anyways, good luck with the rest of the week. I'm sure you'll do great! :)

You are SOOO right...when I'm tired is mostly when crap goes out the window. And PMS time, yea....I should already be doing research on what I can eat to combat that if there is such a thing, lol. Anyway I came by after seein you earlier to say hi and give support :) Hope you're day goes better...maybe you can squeeze in a nap for 20-30 min. I better go eat now too though, I'm starving atm. Except I don't want twix....I want a huge steak :X

I ran out of money lol! That is why the binge was that small seriously, I had like 10 items in my hands but only 3$ lol!!! Thank God!

That is what I am doing I wanted to write it down! Keep me accountable it's done what the heck can I do? Nothing, I tried to go for a walk but rain started again and not the warm kind the freazing cold kind so I went or ran back home is that something I can count as exercise lol! I ran 2 blocks!!!!

What I really wanted was a xtra large salty fry with a vegi cheese burger! Thankfully that goes for more then 3$ I should never carry cash on me when I am PMSing, next month will someone remind me of that lol!!! I nap on the 30 min bus ride I almost fell off my seat again! I miss having the window seat but the bus is full all the time now when I get on! Mabe you should settle for 3oz of steak with a huge salad!!!

Good Morning!

Ok so I got home last night hubby had made hot dog and fries for diner! So not what I needed and to top it off he didn't pick up any lettuce so I couldn't even make myself a salad so I had 1 hot dog with bread and one with out those where the chicken hot dog so less fat in them so that was a plus. I wasn't gonna have any fries but my son decided to feed momy he diped a couple fries in ketchup and would put them in my mouth just like I do with him....it was so cute that I couldn't say no and I figured after the day was difference would 2 fries make? I probably went like 10 points over yesterday
I have no more of my weekly allowance pts left until I start a new week on Saturday so no more crap food for me ...I left all my change at home today so even if I want to cave I can't. I am hoping to be busy at work so that I don't think about food at the moment they have me cutting business card with a pair of cisors (yep I get all the crap jobs no one wants) I really can't wait to get out of this hell hole I hate this job I have been here way too long and I need to make a change. I am so used to having to strech my work to last me all day I am kind of scared of not being able to work fast annymore, for 7 years I have had to strech a 20 min job into a couple of hours it will be hard to get back to fast pace, but such a welcome change. After I am done with cutting I am going back on to Workapolis to search for a new job.

Good Morning Happy Friday!

Ok so no drum roll once again last week good week this week bad week! 175.8lb. I was expecting this, so no big suprise I ate badly of more then one occasion and it rained and I did feel like working out inside. I need to buy that DVD Player so I can do my DVD. My Goal for next week is just to get back on path I usually eat good so I want to focus on that and hopefully on payday tuesday I get to buy a DVD player and I will be back in the game! I have been in the 170's for too long now and I am sick of those numbers 6lb in the next two weeks is my plan! I just need big movement on the scale going down to get my confidence and drive back.....I know what I have to do and I got to do it! I will weight myself again tommmorow morning cause I ate my diner at 9 didn't have time before, it was 6 by the time I got home I had to give the kids a bath and fix my diner and I had promised my daughter that I would paint her finger and toe nails, she picked gold gliters for her toes and red for her hands, and tonight we are putting gold glitter on top of the nail lol! She is such a girl!!!! I am loving that I only got the one daughter I want her to be a girl you know! I think if things continuejlike they have been my son will be a fruitarian he will pick fruits over anything! seriouly my fun right now if buying new fruits and seing is reaction to them, so far none he doesn't like....I am hoping in time he will feel that way about vegies, I am also giving nuts in small pieces he loves those and almond milk lol I wish my daughter was as easy to feed, she loves candy junk and spegatti.

Hey Veronique! At least it wasn't a big gain! I need to invest in a dvd player too this week - maybe there will be a sale! I'm nervous to buy another $30 one and have it break in a month. I'm really hoping for a girl when I have kids for the same reasons - painting nails, dressing up, and womanly talks. I'm really close with my mom and I want that with a daughter too. Still no rush for me yet but the time is getting closer! Have a great weekend and take some time to focus on your goals for next week and I'm sure you'll get your drive back once you start busting some sweat again!! Take care.

I know I can live with my gain as long as it goes down again in the next couple of weeks and I really don't want to see 178 again hate that number lol!

I love having a girl but my husband wants her to be more of a tomboy and I told him buddy I have got only 1 girl and if she wants to be a girl let her be! We have this discution when ever I talk about balet class he wants her to do hip hop instead,,,well that will come later it start with balet or tap, or jazz and then she can take what ever genre she wants you know! Man !

I am getting a DVD player at lunch time 28$ for a Magnavox or something it's got great reviews so I am getting one today.... I may start the workout tonight or tommorow.
 
Aw that's so cute about painting your daughters nails lol :) Little girls just LOVE that especially when they have their nails done "just like their mom" or their babysitter or something... the little girls i babysit for feel really cool when they have their nails done cuz they feel like a "teenager" lol! That is great your son loves all that variety of food! I would have to say I was the same as your daughter when I was little... very picky, very plain! It took soo long to grow out of that.. it wasn't until my later teens that I started to eat tomatos on things! Still can't eat em' plain though!

Ok so went out at lunch and bought the DVD so no more excuse for me...hubby will be at work so the evening I will have to woork out either P90X or Hip Hop ABS! I might update on here during the weekend but most likely I will only be back on monday since I will be home alone with the kids!
