Hello forum friends!
ok so monday was a holiday and my food choices where not the best but I ate junk in small quantities it's still junk but at least I was able to stop before I over did it!
breakfast
egg, cheese on two none buttered toast
coffee
donut *the kids brought it to me in bed they where so proud I couldn't disapoint them!
Lunch
nothing
Uless you count 1 Mr freeze the small ones and a hand full of chips follow by some pop a few sips.
Diner
home made rosted chicken with 1/2 a cup of rice with oignions and carrots on top.
then another couple of handfull of chips with a few sips of pop.
no water
today
Breakfast
12 grain bagel
coffee
lunch
1 frozen meal kong pao chicken from VH didn't check the calories it was a last minut choice (if you call craking open the freezer and grabing a box with out looking a choice)
snack
1 sm coffee
1 cup of cherries.
Diner
thai wraps (chicken , lettuce, some cheese, red pepper in a whole wheat bun with a bit of spicy red pepper sauce)
about 2 cups of cherries.

strawberries
as you can see I have major surgar cravings but I am trying to satisfy it with fruits instead of something processed.
I have drank about 1/2 of a litter of water today and am planning on drinking the rest of that liter before bed time ....I better hurry
My work out today was mowing the lawn!
