Yesterday I ate
2 apples , banana, blueberries, garlic, grapes , kiwi , onions,orange, peppers, raspberries,rocket leaves , spinach , strawberries

Ps I bought melon so back to that today
 
I forgot!
Yesterday I ate-
Beans, Broccoli, cabbage, carrot, celery, cucumber, garlic, mint( French & Vietnamese), parsley, onion, potato, prunes, snow peas, spinach, strawberries & tomato. I think!
Today I ate-
Beans, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chilli, garlic, prunes, snow peas, strawberries & tomatoes.

OK. Just for the heck of it, I did a tally of the fresh fruit, veg & fresh herbs (55) we have eaten so far this month. In alphabetical order. Let me know if I have missed any, We are doing ok, I think!

Impressive list! Now I have something to aspire to, getting even half of that list into my diet will be a challenge.
 
The only things on the list that I have not eaten so far this month are capsicum (allergic), mandarin (they haven't looked nice), mugwort & satsuma (never seen them available here). I'll try to find something else new before the end of the month.
 
Wow Cate that is impressive. I won't add yesterdays because it same as previous days . I am extremely repetive. Going shopping later I will look for something I don't normally eat.

Oh, that's a great idea! to do a monthly tally. :)
March isn't over yet, but I wouldn't be adding anything not on the list, I think. So far today, a banana! :)

No veggies or fruit yet, except for the dried fruit in my muesli. Just thought I would say Happy April! The Autumn colours are just beautiful here.

Resurrecting this "challenge". The idea is to list the different vegetables, fruit and fresh herbs that you have had that day. It's not a competition. It's an encouragement to try different things. Read back over this thread for any ideas. I'll start tomorrow :D
