Weight-Loss Vegetables, fruit & fresh herbs challenge (perpetual).

Weight-Loss
Yesterday I ate- beans, bok choy, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chilli, garlic, grapes, ginger root, leek, mushroom, nectarine, pear, sweet potato. Most of that went into a veggie soup.
 
Today I had peaches, carrots, broccoli and lettuce.
 
Oops missing a day or so but mostly same for last 2 days

F:Blueberries raspberries, small banana , apple, melon, grapes
V: tomato , onion, peppers, lots of different lettuce leaves, pickled slaw made from carrot and red cabbage, garlic, soup I made with butter beans , carrots, celery, onion , potatoes

I missed a day as well and can't for the life of me remember what I had but today I ate:
White onions, garlic, celery, white beans, arugula, raspberries, red kidney beans, tomato, basil, sweetcorn, baby spinach, mango, and romaine lettuce.
 
I think I missed a day in the last week too. I'll try to remember yesterdays-
Apple, beans, bok choy, carrot, cauliflower, chilli, celery, garlic, grapes, leeks, mushrooms, onion, prunes, snow peas, strawberries, sweet potato & tomatoes.
If anyone can be bothered putting their list in alphabetical order it will make it easier for me to list them all at the end of the month. If it's not convenient (ie on your phone) don't worry.
 
Today I had an apple, some cabbage, carrots, green onions, lots of lettuce, and tomatoes. I think I got the alphabetical thing, but probably easier for me than others.
 
Another challenge of alphabetical order . Ok lol

Ok... the alphabet. Let´s see:
arugula, basil, butter beans, corn, grapes, kidney beans, lettuce, orange, spinach, tomato, zucchini... I think that´s it.
 
I had to look up arugula, LaMa :)

I made soup with butter beans, onion, celery, carrot . Does that count ?
 
Today I ate: arugula, avocado, basil, cauliflower, celery, corn, grapes, onion, orange, peas, red kidney beans, spinach, tomato.
 
Yesterday I ate- banana, beans, bok choy, capers, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chilli, garlic, grapes, leek, lemon, mushroom, nectarine, parsley, pear, potato, sweet potato, tomatoes & zucchini.
The capers, lemon & parsley were in a gremolata that G put on our grilled salmon. Oh, yum! I had to look up capers to see what they are technically-

Yesterday I had: an apple, mandarins, mango, lettuce, capsicum, mint, coriander, Asian mint, carrot, potato, onion, broccoli and lentils. :)

That's not a lot for me but I am getting my 5 a day.
Had run out of melons . I might try get some today.
