Day 2 of the challenge, and day 2 back on the exercise wagon. I was able to get up and exercise in the morning before I showered since it's a weekend- and I just snagged half a power bar before I did the workout so that I would have something in my system. I think we are going to try to do a nice big salad and grilled portabella (thanks Mal) for lunch. I hope its yummy! Hope everyone is having a great Saturday (In this sticky nasty heat!)
