Unbeatable!

I see the six hun, I like it! Keep it movin, gotta love it.

As far as the cycling thing is concerned with me... I'm in a holding pattern right now until springtime. Too dark in the afternoon, or too cold and crappy. I have it set up on a trainer and use it at least 3 times a week, so maybe come spring this year I won't feel like I'm starting all over again. I plan on doing at least a 50 mile ride, and hopefully a century (100 miles) next spring/summer.

Might try the couch to 5K too. Need some decent running shoes though.

I think you'll be good till spring :)

Oooh!! 100miles sounds interesting! (and hard) but I think you'll be able to do it!!

Weight: 270lbs

I still feel crappy. I've got 2 extra points left. I just needa not use them up. Measured my waist (52.5/53inches, around belly button) and my hips (54inches). I'll measure like, once every two weeks or something. I dunno.

Mmmmm...chocolate

I've been wanting dessert, and almost got up three different times to make a chocolate sauce and have ice cream, but stopped myself. I didn't wanna make cupcakes, so I had been making "breakfast muffins" (oatmeal banana/oatmeal banana raspberry) [my parents and brother like them, surprisingly and it's a nice change of pace from cakes and such, a good solid breakfast item]

So, I made up a chocolate chocolate chip muffin recipe :) I LOVE using unsweetened cocoa powder and it works in my favor :D

1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking powder

Put into muffin tins and bake at 375* for 15mins.
Makes 20 at 4pts a muffin

I might tamper with the recipe in order to get down to 3pts a muffin.

I make the muffins as a breakfast thing since I hate breakfast and it's easier to eat a muffin then cereal. N I like making the oatmeal ones, cause I hate oatmeal but like oats.

At anyrate, I ate 30.5pts today. I'm not gonna use up the last 3.5pts cause I dunno if I under shot on lunch or dinner today.

BUT I did get to eat THREE chocolate muffins, which absolutely sovled the "I want ice cream!!!!" concept! :)

I'm lovin' this WW recipe builder thing!

I want to start blogging but i don't know where to start...how does this thing work?...can somebody help me?

My "Out To Eats"

So, as I've said before, I'm doing weight watchers and am alloted 34pts a day/35pts extra a week. Well, I went through the websites of some of my favorite places to go out to eat at and picked out the things I normally get and used the recipe maker feature on the WW website to see what the over all points are. Keep in mind, some of these are gonna be used as a "cheat" sorta day, where I eat what I'm craving. The only "fast food" I really crave is Arby's and Chick-fil-a so, a lot of people could say "well, you could replace...", I don't want to replace when I'm craving something. I wanna eat it and be happy and then move back onto eating good again. I don't really get fast food that much anymore, last time I went to Arby's I noticed how SOAKED in grease their fries were....either I never noticed or we had better deep frier people when I worked there, but ours were NEVER that soaked, I think?? lol.

BTW: I either use these as a big lunch or a typical dinner. It's not a "hmm, I need a snack" type of thing, so I sometimes use the bulk of my points for dinner or lunch, depending on how I feel that day. I try to use my points wisely.

But I'm L-O-V-I-N-G WW's points, I find it oddly fun. lol. And I'm lovvvin' watchin' the scale go down each week!

Arby's -- Cheddar Beef:: 10pts (leaves me 24pts)

Subway -- 12inch subway club on hearty italian w/light mayo, no cheese, lots of lettuce and pickles:: 18pts (leaves me 16pts)

Chick-fil-a -- Chicken Cool Wrap w/spicey sauce and a grilled chicken salad w/honey mustard dressing:: 18pts (leaves me 16pts)

Applebee's -- Quesadilla Burger w/fries (sometimes I eat the fries, sometimes I don't, this value is fries included):: 23pts (leaves me 11pts)

Applebee's is usually saved for birthday's/once in a blue moon things, since it's kinda pricey.

Subway gets eatin a lot, but really, whether I make a sammich at home or buy one, it'd have about the same amount of points.

Chick-fil-a, haven't had that one in ages. I only get the craving for that once in awhile.
And Arby's, eh, once every few months I get the urge.

Least by having this info, I'll be prepaired when I walk into somewhere.

Nice to see the numbers declining steadily. Good job on doing research ahead of time on the restaurant food. The next trick is actually ordering the thing you researched, rather than getting something else once you're inside... Like I usualy do

You seem like you're in a good mood too.

Oh I know, sometimes I can sit and tell myself "I am ordering this and this only" and I come walking out with everything I didn't intend. =/ I'm the sort of person who gets cravings for one thing, and if I don't eat that one thing, it wont go away. So I tried to pick all my "craving foods", and if those change, well, that could be a problem. lol.

I am in a good mood =) I wrote my very last paper last nite, thus finishing my highschool career as a homeschooled kid, and now I wait on my diploma. If only I could get rid of feeling like I have tons of school work to do, erg!

Weight: 269.4 or 6 or something

Lesson learned, eat something before bed!! I was STARVING last nite, ate some applesauce, didn't help. Drank some water, it made it worse! I eventually fell asleep around eh, 5am. Got up around 8am, blah. Anywho, ate a muffin. WAS gonna go to Arby's, but I talked myself out of it and went to Subway instead :hurray: I plan on making eggies and toast for dinner, only I'mma make it/eat it around 6 or 7pm instead of 4 or 5pm.

My female "issue" has finally stopped!!! I think that's why I was a 2.6lb lost this past Tuesday. Oh well. I still feel good dammit!!

I'mma look into a swim team around here and see about joining one this summer. I'm a good swimmer and love it :)

Oh!! My friend is gonna join the gym with me this January!!! :biggrinjester:

Hi Hon, glad to hear things finally stopped...

Swimming is top notch cardio. Low impact and uses every muscle group. Good stuff. If you are someone who can get past the psychological discomfort of wearing a bathing suit publicly, which many of us aren't thrilled with...

Had fun chatting too.
