Unbeatable!

Hi Hon, glad to hear things finally stopped...

Swimming is top notch cardio. Low impact and uses every muscle group. Good stuff. If you are someone who can get past the psychological discomfort of wearing a bathing suit publicly, which many of us aren't thrilled with...

I just hope my weight evens out.

I love being in the water, and swimming laps.
Bah, who cares if im in a bathing suit? Whether I'm fat with clothes on or fat with clothes off, I'mma be in the water not jiggling my stuff in others faces, yanno? I'd go naked if they'd let me. I'm not gonna be there to impress anyone. Till I drown n need some stud muffin of a life guard to save me! :biggrinjester:

Haha,thats a funny visual. I'm real excited to actually be able to go swimming for the first time this coming summer. I had an ear perforation ever since I was a child(age 2) and I finally had surgery this year to fix them. I'm really looking forward to it.

Hopefully i won't drown.

I had counseling this mornin' and Momma and I usually stop to grab Subway on the way home. Well, we stopped at Applebee's. I got the Queso Burger. Love that thing. Anyways..I DID get pop, pepsi to be exact. =/ Ah well. It wont kill me.

My Momma flirted with our waiter..(who was mighty cute but omg) I wanted to sink down in the both and dissapear. I hate when she does that. *rolls eyes*

Anywho...it's snowing. I DO NOT want it to stick, at all!

What does 268.4 mean to me?

It means that on my challange weigh in days (always a Friday), I am down 3lbs from last Friday. :hurray:

It means that I have not gained weight since last Tuesday (my WW weigh in day) :hurray:

It means that I have a good chance of seeing 267 on my scale this coming Tuesday, no matter what . number is after it. :hurray:

It means that if I hit say, 267.9 even, I'll have gone down 6.1lbs in 3 weeks. :biggrinjester:

It means, only 25.4 more pounds before I hit my 10% goal weight :willy_nilly:

It means, only 38.4 more pounds till I reach my short term goal :biggrinjester:

Way to go!!!! That is the attitude that gets stuff done. I wish losing weight would be a bigger self-confidence booster to me then it seems. Losing 2-3 even 5lbs just doesn't make me feel any better, it's retarded but true. Hopefully I can smack my brain and adapt to your way of thinking, it would help me a lot in the long run.

And I just shaved this morning :p
 
Pandaman-- You WILL get into that frame of mind, 1, 2, 5lbs, they're ALL good. They're less then what you were before and one more step in the right direction. Trust me, I'm an impatient person and hate losing weight cause I'm an "instant results" kinda person, but you gotta get excited about any loss cause eventually, they will all add up!!

I'm not dancin' about that number, considering I hardly ate anything yesterday, I had 13pts remaining from my daily 34. Yehhh. SO, I'll be up in weight tomorrow.


Btw: Sauerkraut is the best ever. I could live off of it. Or eat it straight out of the can like I normally do :piggy: Good thing it has no calories!

I've been avoiding eating junk food at my buddies house and drinking pop/beer, which has lead him to believe I don't eat or drink anything. haha.
 
Wow look at you go. Soon your gonna be 25x, then 24x, next time i check this log you'll probably be 145lbs lol.

That's 8.8lbs lost, 3/4-1inch lost around my waist. N my Dad had just been telling my Mom he noticed I lost weight!! (he lives here, I just don't see him everyday cause we're never around at the same time haha)

Re-Goals

It occured to me that I finished my first mini goal. I might just reach my second goal by my birthday. I wanna slow the weight loss down to 1 to 2lbs a week, average because I noticed all I'm doing is sleeping. I either need to A) situate my points better or B) eat a tad more to fight off the sleepyness. Either way, I'll rework it, I think I'll try adding more fruits and veggies this week and so on and such forth. I'm aiming for 1lb this week, considering Thanksgiving and such.
