OK, haven't been here much, but today ends that! I ate kinda crappy the last few days, but still managed to be too low on calories, and what I did get weren't the right ones. My water sucked. Exercise...bah, lets not go there. But, today is Monday, it's a new day, I have my gym stuff, I've already recorded in Spark what I've had so far today, I have a liter bottle of water to finish before the end of work.
TODAY WILL BE GOOD!!!
(If I say that loud enough it has to be true, right?)
