OK, haven't been here much, but today ends that! I ate kinda crappy the last few days, but still managed to be too low on calories, and what I did get weren't the right ones. My water sucked. Exercise...bah, lets not go there. But, today is Monday, it's a new day, I have my gym stuff, I've already recorded in Spark what I've had so far today, I have a liter bottle of water to finish before the end of work.

TODAY WILL BE GOOD!!!

(If I say that loud enough it has to be true, right?)
 
Ok, time to be accountable for what I've eaten so far today.

Breakfast:
2/4 cup Cheerios
1 cup 2% milk
1 packet Sweet 'n' Low
1 banana

Snack:
Salad with: 1 carrot stick, ~ 1 oz turkey, ~ 1 oz ham, 2 egg whites (boiled), 2 oz cheese, lettuce, half a packet of salad dressing. Haven't plugged it into Spark yet to see where I'm at for the salad.:)

Good for you txturtle girl, you are going to have good and bad days. The most imprtant thing is that you get up and brush yourself off and start over when you feel like you have tumbled. Have an awesome day!

Finished out today with a beer and some taco pie stuff. I haven't put it in Spark yet, but I'm fairly sure I went over, at least by a little. But I did an hour's worth of cardio at the gym, and I'll be going back tomorrow after work, so I think I'm ok.
 
Hey TX! What's up? Sorry I haven't stopped by much lately. I've been sooooo busy. I look like everything is going great for you though! You're still doin your thing and eatting good. I'm soooo proud of you!! I have to get back on track before you beat me to your goal! lol
 
Hi you, your menu is lookin bettter good stuff...beeer yum, lol, I havent had a beer in forever...but I did however have a margaretta over the weekend, I gotta start havin lower cal drinks, lol

Good morning TX! yum beer! lite corona is my new fav with lime:) 100/cals per beer so you get the happiness but without the cals! lol hope you have a great day!!
 
Ok, who stole my motivation? Ugh. I HAVE to get back in the swing of things. I'm suppose to weigh in the morning - I'm guessing 5 pounds up? Something like that. NOT been a good week.

Oh well. I'm back, I'll do this, I'll get the weight off, I'll get back to the gym if it kills me.
 
That's the spirit. I go to the gym every morning Mon- Fri after I drop the kids off at school. I don't know your schedule, but if you make a routinee out of it, it gets easier to go. Then you start looking forward to it. I'm serious, you really start looking forward to it. I never thought I'd hear myself say that! :D
 
Well, it definately wasn't ME who stole your motivation!!! I'm finding it mighty difficult to find my own....

But you're right! We CAN do this! :D *goes to clean the bathrooms, lots of exercise there, right?!* :D

Well, crap. Gained 3. Although I'm not surprised, with as bad as I did all week, and the lack of exercise the past couple. *sigh* Oh well. Today will be better. And so will tomorrow. And the next day. And...
 
and the next and then the next also... ok so you slipped, shake it off and forget about it :D those three will go down.
don't worry about the motivation...you just need to remember it. so go to the beginnings of your diary, i'm sure you'll find something :) and if you can't i'll let you borrow some of mine, i have plenty of it.
