Ok, got the 75 oz done at work, another 24 at the gym, and a ...um, I don't know big this cup is...with my chicken and rice.

I swear, if I see one more drop of water this evening I'll explode.

I try to drink a lot of water when I'm at work...but I have to stop around 4 a.m. or I end up peeing a million times when I try to sleep! hahah

Once I'm asleep, I don't usually get up for anything. The two nights I work graves a week, I leave the dogs out when I get home, otherwise they wake me up every couple of hours by getting less than an inch from my face and staring at me. Nothing like doggy breath first thing in the "morning."

Ok, food. Tonight was leftovers.

1 serving (half a bag) of boil-in-bag brown long grain rice
3 chicken breast tenders (about equal to one half breast)
sweet and sour sauce. Had to do something for the rice. Even brown rice isn't very appetizing sounding when it's plain.
Chocolate Peanutbutter Skinny Cow. Mmmmm... lol.

That brings me up to 1337 cal for the day, with a goal of 1310 - 1660. And I'm full. But there's still room if I decide I need a bedtime snack. But I won't.

Did 20 minutes on the eliptical and 15 on the stationary bike at the gym, along with weight training. Man are my arms gonna hurt in the morning! LOL.

Tomorrow is weigh in day. Not really looking forward to it this time, since I'm still retaining some from it being THAT time. Ugh. Oh well. We'll see what we'll see.
 
Eh, I say don't worry about your weight at "that time." It's totally inaccurate and depressing! haha You're doing great with your exercising, eatting, and water!! Don't sweat it! ...wait, do sweat, don't worry, that's what I mean! Oh well, you get it! ;) Have a good day!!!!!!!!
 
Wishes - Monday through Wednesday I have to be at work at 6am anyway, so I'm up and peeing before then anyway.

Rose - Thanks, hun! I did weigh in today, despite knowing it was gong to be up. And it was. About 4 pounds. Oh well. Not gonna worry about it too much, and I haven't decided yet if I want to move the ticker. I know I've done well this week between food and exercise (aside from New Year's Eve), so I know it's all water weight. Just kinda disappointing because I was hoping to have gotten under 200lbs this week. Oh well.

Mishi - From here on out, I'm keeping them in stock! I can have an entire sandwhich for about 150 calories. And one sandwhich is usually enough. And if I want a second one, there is no Skinny Cow police to come along and say no!

Happy Thursday! I find that if I have a large glass or bottle of water to just sip on, it's easier than trying to chug large amounts at once. Easier on the tummy. :)
 
Oh, yeah, I didn't just down 75 oz! LOL. I drank one glass at a time throughout the day. That much would have been the end of me! LOL. A while back I bought one of those jugs that looks like the type that goes on water coolers (any idea what I'm talking about? lol) and it's 75 oz. It works out to about 9 cups. If I can drink the whole thing throughout the day, I'm doing good.

Breakfast was very late - after the gym in fact. A Lean Cuisine French Bread Pepperoni Pizza.

For lunch I had Arby's. A ham and swiss sandwhich, about 3/4 of a small order of regular fries, and a regular Dr. Pepper. It was a bit more calorie wise than I would normally have for lunch, but it was good.

Now it's supper time and I'm still not really hungry. I'll probably just have a sandwhich or some soup, since I still have to go to work tonight.

Supposed to go do a cardio class at the gym at 7pm, but don't know if I'm up for it tonight or not. I should try to take a nap, since I have to work tonight, but I'm not that tired. Oh well. We'll see what happens.
 
Ok, just got a text message that there will be people waiting for me for the class, so I guess I'm going. It's supposed to be fun, it's a cardio strip-tease class. Maybe get a little extra cardio in tonight, and learn some skills! LOL.

When I took Physiology in college, the professor told us that every morning he downed 32oz of water before he left the house!:eek: If I did that I don’t know if I could make it to work without a pit stop.
 
how much is that in cups or ltrs?

Ive downed 2ltrs whilst cycling and then another 2 ltrs within an hour or two afterwards. So 4 ltrs before midday.
Cycling really takes it out of you though :/
 
Good job getting the water in. I can definitely see the difference on weeks where I was really good drinking all my water, and weeks, where, well, I wasn't AS good at drinking all my water ;)

It makes a huge difference.

It was fun! And in the begining she said it was less intense than some of their other classes - good lord! If that was less intense, I don't know that I could have survived any of the others.:eek: I don't think I sweated that much during the morning 35 minutes of cardio! It was a fun way to pass a half hour of exercise, but it definately reminded me I've still got a long way to go before I'm ready to be thrusting and shimmying for anybody but myself! :rolleyes:

Did manage to get in all 8 cups of water before midnight.
