I try to drink a lot of water when I'm at work...but I have to stop around 4 a.m. or I end up peeing a million times when I try to sleep! hahah
Once I'm asleep, I don't usually get up for anything. The two nights I work graves a week, I leave the dogs out when I get home, otherwise they wake me up every couple of hours by getting less than an inch from my face and staring at me. Nothing like doggy breath first thing in the "morning."
Ok, food. Tonight was leftovers.
1 serving (half a bag) of boil-in-bag brown long grain rice
3 chicken breast tenders (about equal to one half breast)
sweet and sour sauce. Had to do something for the rice. Even brown rice isn't very appetizing sounding when it's plain.
Chocolate Peanutbutter Skinny Cow. Mmmmm... lol.
That brings me up to 1337 cal for the day, with a goal of 1310 - 1660. And I'm full. But there's still room if I decide I need a bedtime snack. But I won't.
Did 20 minutes on the eliptical and 15 on the stationary bike at the gym, along with weight training. Man are my arms gonna hurt in the morning! LOL.
Tomorrow is weigh in day. Not really looking forward to it this time, since I'm still retaining some from it being THAT time. Ugh. Oh well. We'll see what we'll see.
