Exercise Yoga 30 mins...abs maybe, then off to Curves adn work...yah me, I get to clean a masion today all by myself!!! *UGH*

Ok so far Yoga 30 mins...abs/ball 30 mins...Curves will have to wait till later!!!

I never made it to Curves...my shoulders , neck adn back were stiff...I did do Yoga and Abs and cleaned a mansion by myself took me four hours to clean and then I rode the bike for an hour...

I have psoriasis too, on my head, and little spots on my arms and legs. What I can tell you is, that as I lose the weight, it's starting to clear up a lot!

Thank you what a sweet thing to say...I honestly feel that all that has happened in my life is just pay back for all the bad I have done, LOL...I figure it is my karma biting me in the ass...I alos figure that i have a condo in hell...LOL...thanx for dropping by!!!

What a night tonight...so my oldest had a falling out with friends, called me to pick her up right away and she was in tears...something silly but her feelings were hurt so I guess it is justified...

I told her I would pick her up on my way to get the youngest cuz i needed to go anway and I go right by where she was...poor thing was in tears and telling me what happenned...so then we get to the sitters place...My friend does in home care and watches my youngest for me...we get there and dont ya figure, her damn dog bites Kaylea's ass...yes you read that right...fucking dog...this is the second time it happenned...it has also bitten my youngest...

this is a hard situation for me as she is one of my best friends...we are talking, crying on the shoulder, buying me groceries when i couldnt afford to feed the kids, taking care of me after surgery and holding my hand when I was scared...she served my X even thought it scared her and made her sick to see him, she was by my side in court when I was so nervous and scared and almost puking and fainting...*SIGH*
she was my biggest rock when I was going through my seperation...

Her dogs really bother me and I get a little upset and defensive when they start biting and hurting my kids...she doesnt think it is that big of a deal and it is...Oh well the dog this and the dog that...yes but these are my kids and I dont feel that it is ok and who cares, the dog cant just bite everyone all the time cuz he is scared or he is this or that...

Thanx for reading my vent...what my plan to do is potty train Taneesha during Xmas, I have a week off, and when she hits 30 months find a licensed center to put her in...one with more rules and scruture and stability...to top this off my best friend, the other one, LOL...they are kinda tied but the other one has been my best firend for hte longest time before I met Karen the one that cares for Taneesha...

Anyway Deanna, my best firend, not Karen who watches Taneesha...LOL...wants to start taking Taneesha in January or February well...LOL...I dont like her child care abilities even though she is ECE, we have never seen eye to eye on our "teaching" styles...and I honestly dont think she could hanle Taneesha...she has an 8 month old...IEIEIEIEIE...

Wow that is promising thanx and i have never heard of that...Have you heard of it being on your hands and them cracking all the time...OUCHIE!!! I have started getting that as well and it hurts, I assumed it was work and the cleaners but appearantly it is a form of a skin problem...my skin cracks on my finger tips and beside my nails...
 
Hey Cerella! I hope you can figure things out with your friends...wish I was closer, I was just debating looking for a kid to babysit and hang out with my kid, as I could use a little extra money. And Abba just loves having friends over.:D
 
Im down another lb...YES...2.5 lbs this week, not to shabbing considering I couldnt exercise much and that I was eating some crap...like these little mini lemon tarts, YUM...at like 100 cals a piece, and pringles, LOL...imagine if I hadnt eaten those...Oh well...they were damn good!!!

Well I wont be exercising today, well other than Curves and work...A friend and I are taking the babes out for dinner, fun stuff...LOL...right after work so no exercising for me...

Sorry to hear about the dog biting, ugh. I just took my dog to training class today, it was his last day, his graduation day. He bites at people cuz he is scared, but I NEVER think it's okay, and he always get punished for it. Its soooooo wrong. So I'm sorry to hear that. Ugh.

Congrats on the 2.5lbs, that's great!!
