My bad eating day LOL

Im so bad on the weekends it is unbeleivable, kinda the reason why i work hard during the week...I cant even remeber if I posted in my journal last night...My eatign was very poor yesturday and today it was a bit better but ya...I did however burn like 1366.2 calories by walking around for 3 hous pushing a stroller...which is good because this is what my day looked like:

That is a bit confusing ...all in all my eating wasnt great today, LOL...It was awful yesturday but I did walk with a stroller for like 2 hours...910.8 calories burnt...

I will be better tomorrow...and my goal for next weekend is to drink all my water...
 
Im still sore...

*AARRGG* Im still super sore and poppin bills...I think I will down scale my Curve to the three times a week as reccommented and then do my exercise videos and walk...I dont think I will go to CUrves today...im too sore...I will do a video and go on a nice long walk with my kidlettes... Appearantly I lost my wallet in my travels yesturday which sucks so I need to make a 30 min out of the way trip to go get it fromt he police station...I guess I should be happy someone turned it in...unfortunately...I had over 100.00 dollars in there...please lets hope it is still there...I had no idea I lost it and whenI got that call from the cop it freaked me out, LOL...Thankfully my daughter gave me 20.00 she owes me...so at least I have money to put in the gas tank...Today will be a good eating day...
 
I'm sorry to hear about your wallet! It's very cool that it was turned in to the police station!!

And how fast were you walking that stroller??? Burning 1366 calories, you must have been JAMMING! That's what sparkpeople told me I burned during my 13 mile/over hills/walk! Good Job :D
 
Well it could be wrong but we did cover alot of ground...I got the tallies from here... ALso remeber that it goes by weight, I weight a fair amount more than you do...

To help you out on the weekends, consider scheduling your food before hand during the week. So you already know what you're going to eat. I find that it really helps me when I do it. A lot of the time I think I'll just eat sensibly on the weekends, but when I have it written out and posted on my fridge it really does help me. Otherwise I'll walk in the kitchen and just pick up the first thing I see.

I do a much better job of not having junk in the house, I don't even buy the stuff anymore. But what I will do is not eat enough if I'm home on the weekends. Sometimes I'm bad when I go out, but really my biggest problem is not eating enough when I'm home on the weekends.

We are just getting our stone fruits now. Expensive though peaches $14 nectarines $11 a kg 2.2 pounds.
