Im sorry to report no exercise...Ive been doing more of it than usual lately and I think it caught up with me...I was so exhausted yesturday and felt like crap ... So after taking lke 10 pain bills and a t3 at the end of the night and going to bed at 10:00...I fINALLY AM FEELING BETTER...yah!!! ... I did nothign last night which is so unusal for me...I sat on my ass after dinner and just watched tv...thankfully the little one was with me and just played....Todays exercise agenda is...Boot Camp this morning b4 work..I have a later start with pretty much no travel...YES...LOVE those days! A walk with my youngest after I drop my oldest at choir and Yoga this evening sometime...
 
I eat alot no wonder my results arent near anyone elses :( *sad* LOL...but I need too...I am eating healthy for the most part but I just really need to fuel my body with my work...anyway...I forgot to report that I went to the other Curves Monday mornign and I liked it so I will stick there for a bit...they said no problem I can transfer over...As for the X he is still beening an immature ass, however we are hardly talkign and only communicating threw email at the moment...50 mins Yoga...Opted for Yoga so I could drink my coffee...LOL...Boot Camp...30 mins

Unt unh, don't do that! Don't compare your journey to anyone else's! You can't do that. Weight loss is a relative journey,your body is on it's on timetable and its going to loose it at the rate that it is comfortable with letting it go...of course based on some variables BUT if you and I ate the exact same foods and had the EXACT same regimen we still would have DIFFERENT weight loss experiences!

You are doing a great job and I am super proud of you, don't belittle your own hard work and undermine your success. Keep looking straight head...slow and steady wins the race. :)

So OMG...I am so shocked...I am within my calorie range today...and I had Mcdonalds for dinner...we were literally eating on the run, Now I could have waited till I got home but...I want Mcdonalds and I ate it and look...I didnt starve myself to get it, LOL...Good News stepped on the scale and I am down 2.5...YAH!!!

Exercise today Yoga 50 mins...Boot Camp...30 mins

for the peanutbutter:p . I may have to try your kind I didn't know
Kraft made a peanutbutter and I have eatened everything made by
Kraft in my lifetime.You are doing everything right so don't go feeling

I would eat just as much as you (probably a little more on some days) lol.

Bad eating day...Friday but oh well...it wasnt even so bad until the evening when I decided to sabotage the rest of it with a bowl of chicps and some chocolate...LOL...Oh well...I worked and also did my Yoga (50 mins) and went on a 40 min walk...but hey the walk I normally do in an hour I did in 40 mins....Oh man and I love my pretty new ticker...LOL
 
I'm overlooking the bad eating day, but HOORAY on the 2.5 lb lost girlie! That's awesome, keep your eyes on the prize and you'll be crossing the line soon enough.
