Sigh I think I need some support, im so bad at giving it out though...I try to exercise as much as possible and fit it in where ever I can...so that makes me tired and takes up any free I may have...I am tired so I really just barely find the time to calculate with sparks and then post here, which I havent lately into my diary...(my food) anyway, I dunno, Ive been eating out way to much lately and I have been making less healty choices...Ive just been being kinda dumb I guess...and I wonder why im not really makin much progress...ya know last week I exercised 495 minutes from friday to friday...not bad...I keep an exercise journal...anyway I dunno, im tired in pain and babbling, I had one fo those I really wish I wasnt a single mommy days/nights...I have gingivitious...a migraine that hasnt lifted...my stupid wreck back and shoulders...im a hurting cranky unit...and i have a new big wrinkle that has formed right between my eyebrows on my forehead...*UGH* LOL...oh well such is life right...Im a firm beleiver inw hat doesnt kill us, makes us stronger...thanx for reading/listening to my self wollowing....I really wanna do this, I havent been below 200lbs since I got prego with my oldest at 15...i always flexuated between 200 and 205 but never below...I would just liek to see more progress I guess...I dunno...
I also think I am gonna give up my diet pepsi that coudl be what is causing my migraines...Ijust started getting them...and they are prgressing more nad more...tiem for a doc trip I guess...I recently gave up all pop instead and switiching to diet, diet coke though which isnt very good but hten I dicscovered diet pepsi.,..MMMM I love it...but that coudl be hindering on my progress as well...that will be big for me to give it up entirely...Im seriously considering it...anyway babbling, sorry....night

Take a deep breath and just sit still for five minutes....ok, that should be a little better. I know how it is to feel like the world is coming down on your shoulders but you can't stop because you've got lives to care for. Take it easy with the exercise, your job is quite a work out, so stop killing yourself with the extras. Your body may be trying to tell you that you're working it too hard, so ease up a little bit. I'm not saying don't exercise, just not quite as much...ya know?

As for the drinks, my fav beverage is the Diet Lipton Citrus Gree Tea. I had stopped for a while, but I just bought a 12 pack at the grocery store this morning. It's delicious! IMO anyway.:)

And don't feel bad about complaining in here, it's your diary...you can do whatever you want in here! :D

I agree with OHD - you need to take a break. Maybe even a little break from exercising. Just so your body can rest a little, replenish and get back into things slowly.

As for the migranes maybe you should ask a doctor why you keep having them? Maybe reduce your soda intake to one can a day? And drink water the rest of the time?

Hope your youngest is feeling better soon.

Sorry things are feeling so overwhelming. Hand in there. I agree with the others. You're body is trying to tell you something. Take some time to breathe, get yourself centered again. Hang in there, I will be ok!!

Thank you...and ya i need to go visit my doc abt a few things and I think we narrowed it down, I believe it is a sinus infection...my cheek bones are on fire and puffy...I also think my 12 years *ACK* of being a single mom is caughting up to me, all my years of running ragged and never taking care of myself...

I hit Kfc 1 day last week got 1 of those famous bowls and a mini
snacker sandwhich the calories were rediculas and that was just
lunch 1150 lol geeesh!

Well I am pleased to report that I woke up pain free today...I took a Tylonel Sinus pill last night and it made me feel 100% better...so it must be my sinuses...thank goodness except for hte fact that i have a swollen face all is well...LOL...Im going to share a few Halloween pics...Im also down 2 lbs ... YES!!!

Yeah on feeling a little better!!!! Sinus infections, yuck. I keep the Sudafed (generic equivalent) on hand all the time. Little red pills. The multi-symptom cold relief products often don't have enough of that medicine in it. That's what opens the nasal passages so you don't get the sinus pressure or sinus infection.

On my situation, my husb and I have been pretty unhappy for years. A couple of weeks ago I couldn't take it any more and told him I didn't want to be married any more. We started moving him into an apartment yesterday. He is devastated and willing to change. We are seeing a counselor who is helping us heaps to be better parents and maybe friends. But I still don't want to go back to him. It never should have gotten as bad as it did, and he and I are both responsible for that. The love has just been killed for me. So I plan to file for divorce in the next month. I finally feel free. We have two daughters who deserve the best of us both, and they'll get it if we are apart.

Good luck on your situation. You seem strong. I know you can handle anything you set your mind to.
 
Thanx Patty...:)*HUGS* I am here for ya if ever need to lean on me, I am good at listening...as for my situation, I havent had contact with him for a couple of weeks now...our last incident he sent me an email stating that I wonder why he wont give me his number or something dumb like that I eamiled him back and told him I didnt want his number or cared where he lived...we havent talked since funny isnt it, cuz it isnt about me...w/e I am getting to old and I am too tired and busy to play games...I told him to block me perminately as we have no reason too talk...he wont commit to seeing my youngest twice a week as he said he would so I told him not to bother at all, and here we all. I am at peace with it all finally, I no longer care anymore, I give up on him and my daughters having a father...they will never have one in him...I assume I wont hear from him till around Xmas and the same damn ruining my life cycle will begin again...he will never leave us alone, it sucks...

I want to get a workout ball I watch that Hogan knows best
and saw his daughter doing crunches on the ball and looked alot
more comfy and easier to do plus I saw some more tummy exersices
on the ball!
