Cough, Cough.. Man it's dusty in here again!!! :eek:

Not much new news to report.. still holding steady around the 189 pound mark. Still trying to lose a few more but not in any big hurry.

My workouts have been intense and I feel pretty damn good when I leave the gym! :) Definitely gaining on the muscle side, must be losing the fat since my weight is pretty stable. I'm starting to see a difference and this new routine is really working for me which I am happy about!

Other than that.. besides work and the normal business around the homefront.. all is well!

Hope everyone else is doing okay and still on track. I have to get into some diaries and catch up.

Hello everyone! Hope everybody had a really nice holiday yesterday! Beth and I went to our county fair, ate bad food and nibbled on candy. Although we did get some exercise from all the walking.. didn't help at the end of the day. Both of us gained and I think we are pretty sure most of it is water weight since we ate some pretty salty foods yesterday.

I did hit the gym bright and early yesterday and got a pretty good workout in. I love going on holidays.. there was maybe 8 people in there total and 4 of them were doing cardio. So, needless to say, I had full control of the free weights and got my best session in to date I believe. Hitting it again tomorrow. I keep saying I need to take some more updated pictures but then forget and another week passes. I'll try to corner Beth this weekend and get some new ones posted.. maybe snap a few of her so she can post in her diary.

Glad you had a great session, I also gained from salt. I really wish salty things were not so appealing. I suppose they would be if I ate less of them. Sigh!

Hey everyone.. hope everbody had a great holiday weekend and everyone came out for the better! As most of you probably saw in Beth's diary, we tackled a HUGE project in our backyard this past weekend and still doing my Saturday workout was probably not the brightest thing I have ever done since I had to move 3 pallets of rock to the backyard afterwards. But, the good news is that I am not as sore as I thought I would be.

Following Kim's lead.. I am going to post some pictures.. the first one is my first shot back in April, the next one is from June and the last ones are from last Saturday morning. I don't think that the pictures do me much justice.. I actually think I am much bigger and cut up now than the picture represents.. but that's just me. beth is a better judge on how I actually look now.

Well here goes nothing:
