Thank God I have friends like you! Thank you sooo much for dusting my diary!! I owe you big time! :D Damn, you crack me up Kim! LMAO

The work outs are going well. Still hitting the gym but missed last Saturday.. too much to do, so little time, ya know? But, went back last night and hit it up pretty hard! So, yeah.. the bod is a work in progress.. definitely getting bigger.. need to just cut it all up now! :)

Hey Mal! Been a while! How you doing these days? I have a lot to catch up on in everyone's diaries. Between work and doing things at home, I haven't had much time to get on here. Boss is out today.. so, I'll be around! :D
 
Okay, now that I think I have caught up with everyone that has posted in my diary during my absence, I will fill you all in on my ongoings.

Work has been keeping pretty busy these days for some unforeseen reason. Meetings all day long, work to do, people to see.. Blah! :drooling:

I missed last Saturday's gym visit but went back last night and hit the gym pretty hard. Went through my latest routine and didn't feel as tired as I usually do and I lifted more weights this time.. wierd how the body does that. My weight is up.. up to 191 this morning so, I sort of want to get that back down. Trying to stay within the 185-190 lbs scale... that weight is the best for me to be at and feel healthy. So, I have some work to do this week to accomplish that goal.. but hopefully it's mainly water weight.

Well, I am off to everyone else's diary. Hope you all have a great week and are meeting your own personal goals!

Hey, you need Beth to get some updated pics of BOTH OF YOU!! She has lost quite a bit lately, and you said your bod is changing to, and it should with the good workouts. I know what you mean about work being crazy, it's been like that here to. But, I'll be happy to stop by and dust anytime it needs it, after all I do it at home all the time, and this way it's much more fun!! :jump:

Yeah, we've been talking about doing some pics.. but then we get consumed by normal every day crap that the thought gets put on the back burner. Maybe this weekend.. make it a Father's Day event. I do have a great shot of her from last weekend.. I think the pic of the both of us came out pretty good too. Maybe I'll post those tonight!

You two are a HOT COUPLE!! I mean that, you both are so very attractive. And you look so happy, in both your eyes I see happiness!! YOU GLOW! Great job to you both, you look AWESOME!! Beth is gorgeous, but I guess you already know that! HAHAHAHAAHA Your a lucky guy Bruce and the same for Beth, you are truly blessed!

Kim.. You are too sweet. I agree with you about my HOT WIFE however, although my eyes are always happy when my wife is near.. in that pic, they may be a little glazed form the previous glasses of wine! LOL Probably had about 10 down by that time!
 
Lucky You, I love wine tasting, it's one of my FAVORITE things to do when I have time off, which doesn't happen very often. I bet you guys had a blast. I'm waiting for Beth to post the names of the ones you had, I'm always up for trying new ones. Enjoy your work out tonight!

Hey Kim! The wine tasting was really fun but someone was suppose to tell me that I really didn't have to sample all the wine! :D Actually only hit up about 10 bottles or so.. regular-sized filled glasses. I hit one of the bottles 3 times!! It was a White Merlot.. I'll find out which brand.. it was GOOOOOD!!!! Beth might have the list somewhere or we can get it from our neighbor.
 
Well, Saturday is upon us.. Beth is in the other room doing the treadmill thing and I am drinking my morning coffee! :)

Already hit the gym.. got there when the doors opened and woke up initially by the weights.. coffee works better though. ;) I'm feeling a pretty consistant twinge in my right elbow and think it's from over-training. Mainly from curls I think.. that's when it hurts the most... kind of feels like "Tennis Elbow" or from over pitching.

Going to rest it and work on it over the rest of the weekend and work on it and hopefully get it back to it's normal ability by Monday. Common sense says rest.. BUT, I must not have too much of that when I am addicted to the gym! LOL

Main goal this weekend is to get all my water down.. that is probably Beth and I's worst weekend feat.

Oh, and Kim.. the name of that White Merlot I liked so much last weekend was from a winery called Churon Winery up in Temecula (North of San Diego):

Okay, due to the threat of "pranking" and my wife getting on me for having such a dusty diary, I am now going to update my on goings of late:

Well, the reason I haven’t posted too much is because I really don’t have much to say. Work has been keeping me busy (That’s where I do my most posting from... Shhh) :) We’ve been also busy around the home front as well and I don’t get on there long enough to write anything substantial.

I’m always talking to Beth about my weight and have decided to get back on the diet scene again. I’ve been trying to keep my weight between 185 and 190 but now I am hovering around the 192 mark. Most likely it is muscle weight but I still see the gut I want to lose. So, I have decided to get down between 175 and 180. So, here I go... back on my own weight loss journey!

I have altered my workouts quite a bit from before and it seems to be really working for me. I’m still in awe at how much strength I have acquired... you can tell I am getting bigger... I just want to see a little more definition. It’s just me… I am my worst critic.

So, I am still working on the transformation… Sorry I let my diary get too dusty but hopefully I will keep it dusted now. Still hoping that I get hired as the “Cabana Boy” on the girls retreat!!! :rolleyes:
