WW. I do eat a lot of tuna because of the high protein value and i hate the taste of my whey protein so the tuna gives me most of my protein without resorting to suplements. I need a good kick up the bum sometimes for not eating enough Veg. I am eating somwhere between 1000 and 1500 calories a day but need to buy some scales to weigh my meat to be sure.
Things I need to improve this year.
More protein, I am still falling short of my required protein intake of 190 grams per day, hubby has given me a new smoothy blender to make my protein powder mix better and improve my fruit intake.
Less Salt, even though i don't eat a lot of processed food i still need to start choosing low salt version of the processed food i do eat.
More Fruit and Veg needs to be added to my diet

Get selected in regional rugby team
I dont usually weight myself on sunday but my weight in for the first of the month is 86 kg / 189.5 lb
