both of you guys are doing great. Ive been seriously hindered in my running because of my leg. Hopfully Ill get my new leg by the end of the month and get back on track with the running.
I know it's an indicator, but really. When I was 245 it told me that I was 30%. Now nearly 40 pounds lighter I'm just 3.4% less fat? That would mean that almost all my losses have been muscle. I'm not buying that at all. These machines lie, I tell you.


for lunch I jumped rope instead of eating. I did 5000 jumps in 35 min 2 sec. That's a better pace then the last time when I jumped 4000, so I'm happy for that.
