This next week is going to be horrible.....
on a good note my running and food eating have been right where i want them to be....
heres my stats for this past week since i have been away
4/20/08- 50 minutes, 4.59 miles, 505 kcals
4/21/08- 50 minutes, 4.82 miles, 544 kcals
4/22/08- OFF
4/23/08- OFF (light cardio) 15 minutes, 1.37 miles, 148 kcals
4/24/08- 55 minutes, 5.54 miles, 631 kcals
4/25/08- 60 minutes, 5.88 miles, 628 kcals
4/26/08- 40 minutes
im loving it...
i weighed in at 153 this morning!!
