Last night i had one of the best workouts! I started out by playing soccer for an hour and a half, then headed to the gym for another hour of biceps and abs...I was exhausted after but i feel a bit of soreness today! :) My diet was spot on yesterday as well, and today I'm aiming somewhere between 1800 and 1600, and will probably go higher if i do some HIIT cardio after work.

School and work take up most of my day today, as well as homework and watching the election. I will update late tonight...

Morning Everyone,

Another spot on day yesterday for diet, as well as 45 minutes of lifting. Today im focusing more on cardio and abs, and I'm full of energy :D. I don't want to start a political showdown in my thread, but I'm proud of the decision, hate me or love me, I'm glad were going to see some change over the next 4 years. Anyways, another day of 1600-1800 calories to continue and counter my crazy weekend. I believe by Friday i will be back up to around 2000, as long as I'm working out and running a lot. Ill be weighing myself on Monday, but the number really isn't goign to change anything, i just want to make sure I'm still losing weight. Well I'm off to stretch and head to the gym. A lot to do today with two tests tomorrow! ugh...

not much to update on this morning...i got cardio in last night and im sore today for some odd reason (usually not). I have two tests today that im not too excited for and although i could of studied more for them, i think ill do fine. Ill update tonight.. Back/Shoulders tonight after work, and target calories around 1800

Afternoon Everyone,

This morning i weighed in at 165.5, not overly excited about it, but its just a number. I had a very good workout last night, which elft my back and shoulder muscles sore. This morning i went and stretched for a good 20 minutes then hit my legs hard. Tonight after work, i will be working on abs and doing some HIIT. I decided to give you all an update pic of me, which im not impressed with, but i definitely had some muscle growth over the 6 pounds i gained. I just got to remember to gain muscle, you gain fat, its a process and if i stick wiht what im doing, i can only getting leaner, stronger, and faster :)

That's right,honey!!! Hey, I've been there-am going through this too. I gained a whole pants size after I gained significant muscle. Instead of lanky, my friends now say I'm 'built'. There are pros to this,love. Honestly, yes,cutting is the hardest part, but it gets easier over time. We're in this together bud, that's all you have to remember.

Its always good to talk to you, of course you know that already :).

This week pretty much defines a "bad week" school wise. 3 tests, 1 paper, and a whole lot of coffee. My caloric range will be significantly lower this week as well, due to me not being able to exercise as much and because of my high calorie weekends that i cant seem to fend off. I'm working on them, trust me, i am determined to have a weekend where i stay in caloric cutting range and exercise really well. Its hard in college with friends always wanting to do something late into the night Friday and Saturday. I'm not giving in and will continue to fight for what i want, because I know ultimately I'm in control of what i eat and what i do. Anyone have any suggestions to help stop my crazy binging?

another test today, blah...

not much else going on, i have one more tomorrow so i will be studying and working out tonight...i will probably update more then.
 
I always find weekends the hardest too. I think the key is planning and just trying your best to stick to it...and that is easier said than done!!!

Ya I'm going to start planning more activities and events that will keep me busy and away from social outings on some weekends, but not every weekend. Thanks for stopping by and reading, come back anytime :)!

Another wednesday has fast approached, and with one test left today, im pretty excited to have an easy rest of the week. Today is triceps and shoulders, and possibly a bit of cardio, not sure. Other than that, ill be finishing up some homework and actually relaxing tonight aka sitting on my butt and watching TV or playing video games (its been forever since i did that). I hope everyone has a nice wednesday!

Morning Everyone,

Finally i get to visit home for a couple days, and lemme tell ya i need it. I will be out of town until Saturday afternoon so i may not update until then. Gym was good yesterday and i will be lifting weights again tonight back in Austin with a buddy of mine.

Cant wait to get through class and work today, should go pretty quick :D

HEY ALL!!

The weekend was awesome and i stayed on track cut wise which has me a great mood this afternoon. I'm on my way to the gym for legs and some cardio and ill update more about this weekend later tonight.

It would be great to hear how you are. I tend to hang out more on ANOTHER DIET FORUM these days - the link is near the end of my diary to my photos...

That forum tends to suit me better as it has lots of challenges and stuff for maintenance. Lots of the old gang hang out there now... :)
