I'm Back and unharmed!
To my surprise Pittsburgh Fans were absolutely incredible. 98% of the people we met out there were so nice and respectful. It really changed how I felt about that team. To be honest going into the game I thought we were in some serious trouble. I thought we would be berated to no end. Things possibly being thrown at us who knew. I can really only think of 2-3 people we met the whole time that were A-Holes. The rest were awesome.
Take for example the couple we met on the way out of the game. The Seahawks just got their ass kicked much my disappointment. This couple came up to use and asked if we came from Seattle and we told them yes. They invited us over to their tailgate for drinks and food and just to have a place to go for a bit.
Most of game day was spent wandering around the tailgate area showing off hawk pride! I received a lot of free beer for wearing the outfit I was wearing lol. It was all Seahawk stuff topped off by a large 3'x5' 12th man flag I wore as a cape. Here is what it looked like:
Anyway it was a fantastic trip I had so much fun regardless of losing so big.
Well im back to the diet and exercise now. I did end up going on a long 5 mile walk in Pittsburgh but I need to get back to running today. Unfortunately I caught a sore throat from yelling and such and have felt a little sick. I am forcing some water down and I hope that by the time I get outta here for home today ill feel well enough to run.
I need to think of a new goal for myself that seemed to really make me push myself and that's what I need. Perhaps a thanksgiving holiday goal. That's like over a month I could hope to be somewhere by then. Ill think about it and come up with something by Friday I think.

Heres to seeing the scales go down this week Felt like I had a slip up on Saturday night I went o a bday party and we ended up at red robin and I ordered chicken strips ><. I was pretty angry at myself so the next morning I took off like a bat outta hell running hard lol. It actually was really good I felt heaps better about the prior evening.
Anyway tailgated for the hawks yesterday which meant a lot of beer. I am paying for that today let me tell you. I didn't eat any of the tailgate food which was good.
So anyway I hopped on the scale this morning after my shower and I was at 296.6 so I think with a good hard week of running and eating well I can reach my goal for the week of being under 295. That would be pretty great I think.
Other than that I feel like I have a small cold right now but im not sure if that's just the hangover talking. I haven't had an off day of running in over a week now so I am thinking that if its raining when I get home I am going to get some comfy cloths on and drink water all night. I just don't feel like the run today. However if its not raining I am gonna go.
Jess: I read your story on your diary wow what a weekend! I hope it was some fun though that's all that really matters, that you had a good time. Love the new avatar too =)
Ugh I feel awful right now so im done writing. Heres a tidbit so I sorta have a date this week which is good cause I haven't really dated much since the ex and that was a long time ago, I guess call it no confidence but meh whatever. Anyway I don't think im gonna go on the date cause this gal has a kid and while she seems really nice and fun and all I am just not interested in being daddy. anyway randomness. hope everyone is doing well!
