Hello all, i decided to start a new Journal.

Sex: Male
Age: 25
Height: 5'10''
starting weight: 216 ( 2010 )
Weight: 200.4 lbs ( weigh in on Sundays )

a brief moment in time.
February 2010: I was at the doctors office and they told me i was 216 lbs. this hit me. So that day i went home and went for a walk and decided i would try and walk off some of the weight.
March - June 2010: Walking every day about 1 - 3 miles and cut my calories to 1500 a day.
July2010: my first child was born.
August 2010: I Found this website and upped my mileage to 5 miles a day 5-6 days a week and 1700 calories a day.
- argued with Jericho, found out he is a smart dude just trying to uphold the law of the land.
October 2010: computer died and started getting cold outside again I cut my walking back a bit.
November - December 2010: Fell off the wagon hard went from 194lbs - 206lbs (got new computer)

Jan: 2011 Came back to this website. I see some people are gone that where here a few months ago and i see lots of new faces. I wish i could have stayed in better contact on here it feels lonely again because I only recognize like three people.
Looks like i need to start walking again. My Wife decided after Christmas she wanted to lose some weight. so i Gave her all the info I had for what I was doing but she didn't want to count calories nor does she have time to walk with our six month old because of the harsh winter weather... temp in the teens and precipitation etc. So she joined weight watchers. She really seems to like it i have been helping her and doing it with her but only using her points. I am trying to stick to 1700 calories a day.
To anyone that is still on here that was in my walking club I am sorry we didn't get to finish. I am thinking about starting a new walking club but I will first see who is interested in it.
So any thoughts or comments please share them with me.
