Feeling ok today and i am heading out tonight with my friends. Im not allowed to drink much so I will be a good girl and stick to juice and maybe one or two glasses of wine...sigh.....

Had a bloody horrible day hiking up a hill in torrential rain so going to have a lovely shower and pamper myself a bit before i go out!

Food today

Lunch - Chicken noodle soup with bread 300 cals

Dinner - 2 slices bread, small tin baked beans 500 cals

Snacks - peach 70 cals, pk wotsits 90 cals, 2 glasses wine 400 cals, 5 haribo sweets 80 cals

Total cals - Aropund 1600 ish (being brave now and trying some diff foods - if they hurt me then i wont eat them again!)

I feel so much better today as i managed to consume a lot more calories and i really feel the energy! Just as well as i need to last until around 3 am tonight! I love fridays!
 
Today my appetite has really come back! I have had to be really strict with myself as not only would it hurt me to eat lots it would bring back all those pounds!

So food for today

Lunch - 2 slices brown toast, 200g baked beans 30g cheese 500 cals

Dinner - Chicken fajitas with rice and yoghurt 800 cals

Snacks - 2 pks wotsits 200 cals, aero bubbles 150 cals 3 vodka and orange juice 150 cals

Total cals - Around 1900 not too bad considering the mammoth appetite!!!

Not my best day but certainly not my worst and i did lose 2lbs this week! Will def go to the gym tomorrow....not been since before my holiday - total waste of money if i dont go back!

Been quite good foodwise today :) It's my TOM soon and usually i would be reaching for the chocs...but i have resisted and had pineapple instead :)

Going to try and hit the gym tomorrow. Since i was ill the only exercise i get is walking and WII fit. I do some toning every day but i dont feel that it is enough now and its time to get back into an exercise routine. So my plan is to go to the gym tomorrow after work, then on thur after work and once at the weekend. If all goes well then i can start my combat classes next week:hurray:

Dinner - quorn chilli enchiladas, rice and a little yoghurt 800 cals

Snacks - peach 70 cals, wotsits 100 cals, pineapple 60 cals, kitkat 107 cals

Total cals - around 1600 ish

20 mins WII aerobics
20 mins WII yoga
20 min walk with dog (its raining really hard so a quick walk is all he's getting!)
 
Hey Tink, good job on your food and exercise. I had to laugh though when you wrote you didn't have time to do any exercise besides 30 min walking and for most people thats all they squeeze in, lol. And I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better after being so sick for so long. Hope you're return to work goes smoothly and you have a good week :) ~Lisa
 
Thanx Lisa :) Work is less than fine tho.....my classroom flooded and then one of my boys set another kid on fire at lunch break! Pretty stressful so Im glad that im home now!

Was sssssssssooooooooooooo naughty last night and ended up drinking a BOTTLE of wine :leaving: helped me sleep but i cant believe i drank the whole thing! I should never let other people top up my glass!

So cals yesterday was a bit over! Oh well it was really good wine!

I really have to stop snacking! I just feel so hungry all the time now. after having no appetite for so long it is suddenly back with avengence! So i will certainly be giving up the haribo and the chocolate. I need to get my cals in check now and get right back into my routine.:angelsad2: I still have 40lbs to lose!

So as of tomorrow no chocolate bars and no bloody haribo sweets! I have a horrible feeling that i have to change my ticker upwards this week:( I'll be so annoyed if i have but i wont be surprised as i have munched my way thru loads of cals!

And on monday the gym torture begins.....loll!

Sun - Gym with hubby 1hr cardio, 20 mins ST

Mon - Body Combat class 45 mins

Tue - 2 x 30 min walk with dog, WII aerobics and yoga - 20 mins each

Wed - Body Combat class 45 mins

Thur - 2 x 30 min walk with dog, WII aerobics and yoga - 20 mins each

Fri - walk dog

Sat - 4 mile walk with dog.

I also do toning exercise every day anyway so I'll keep doing those. This will be my routine for the next 6 weeks. I used to do this every week so it should be ok once i get used to it again!

And this weekend.......NO WINE!!!!!!!!!
 
Well i am a disgusting fat moo.....yesterday was a total car crash of a day food wise. I was pretty good until i got home from school and then i had 4 pks wotsits, 2 kitkats, and millions of other snack stuff....im so disgusted with myself for being such a pig so i am going to document everythng i ate so i can shame myseelf into not doing it again :(:( im soooo annoyed at myself:cuss:

So here goes

Lunch - Spaghetti hoops and 2 slices toast 350 cals

Dinner - chicken fajhitas with rice, cheese and yoghurt 900 cals

Snacks - mango and pineapple 70 cals, lemon slice 120 cals, choc finger 25 cals, coffee 30 cals, 4 pks wotsits 400 cals , 2 kit kats 214 cals, 2 bottles wine 1500 cals, 6 crackers with 50g cheese 250 cals, 2slices toast and 50g cheese 350 cals, pk wotsits 100 cals, 2 pints milk 400 cals.

Quite a few of the snacks where when i was very drunk after 2 bottles of very lovely wine but that is no excuse. So the grand total for yesterday was

Total - 4709 cals

Dear god that is bad. Well today will be a bit of a make up day. I will try and do some damage control and take the dog on a 4 mile walk. As of tomorrow i will stick rigidly to 1500 cals max per day. And my old exercise routine will be back in action!

I have started with renewed vigour! Today is the first day of the no-wine or calorific-snacks regime!! Decided that i wont touch wine again until my husbands birthday - 25th Oct. Im also going to snack on things that are low cal or low fat. I really was taking the piss and a 4lb gain was enough to let me see what would happen if kept up like that!

so food for today has been pretty damned angelic!

Lunch - 2 slices wholemea toast, small can spaghetti hoops 310 cals

Dinner - Quorn lasagna 900 cals (at the most!)

Snacks - 1pk wotsits 100 cal, small low fat yoghurt 50 cals, coffee 30 cals, orange juice 50 cals

Total cals - 1440 cals

Exercise

4 mile walk with dog
20 mins WII aerobics
20 mins WII yoga

I also booked my classes for the gym for this week so there is no going back now!
 
Oh dear god my combat class almost killed me.....:puke: my energy levels are obviously NOT up to par with a high intensity aerobic workout and im ashamed to say i felt a little ill at the end of it! Made it through it tho and i have another class on wed night so i can only get fitter from here on!

Breakfast - Fruit smoothie 200 cals

Lunch - 2 slices wholemeal toast and small can spaghetti hoops 307 cals

Dinner - Potato and spinach curry with ricve and 2 wraps 800 cals

Snacks- small yoghurt 50 cals, 2 pks wotsits 200 cals, energy drink 50 cals

My smoothie put me a little over today but im trying to make sure that i get enough vitamins so its all good stuff! The energy drink i am really annoyed abt as the water fountain was broken at the gym and they had run out of bottles water :( I needed to get something but it was only 50 cals and it was one of those rehydratings thingys....

Anyway im quite pleased that i managed to be pretty good and surivive the class ebven though i had a bloody AWFUL day!!! It's almost over and hopefully tomorrow will be better :):):)
 
weighed in today at 214.4lbs... will only believe it if it stays off for official weigh in on friday! Not quite back to my post salmonella weight of 213lbs but not far off!

Lunch - 2 slices wholemeal bread and 200g beans 400 cals

Dinner - 2 wholemeal rolls with 100g cheese and lots of tomato 800 cals

Snacks - 1pk wotsits 100 cal, 1 kitkat 107 cals, 2 coffee 80 cals, latte with hazel syrup 220 cals

Total cals - Around 1800 - not ideal cals but it was the latte that did it!

Hey Tink, I meant to ask you the other day cuz I was scanning your food logs, what kind of beans do you eat in the mornings? I was just curious. I'm going shopping tomorrow and going to stock up on produce now cuz I bought those special bags so things don't go bad, I'm excited :) How's stuff goin anyway besides the weightloss? ~Lisa
 
Hi Lisa :)

I usually buy Heinz Baked Beans (either lower salt or organic variety) They are pretty cheap and filling and have almost no fat! Cabt reccommend them enough!

Things are ok here, trying to get to the gym as much as i can through the week and avoid the wine at the weekends! How are you? All rested after the big move?

Hmmmm no gym today (it was closed for repairs :() but i did my tae bo dvd and walked the puglet 3 miles :) So its ok exercise today!

My clas are under 1500 today and it looks like i am very much on track. A good start to the week! Gym tomorro for combat class so hopefully the 2lbs i want to lose this week will melt away!
 
Hey Allie, you're doin great :) And no don't think I'll ever be rested...or fully back to organized. But I'm not stressing about it because I'm taking all the overtime at work I can while I can and my classes started up. So just goin with the flow best I can. I guess this is a great time that I started back up a weightloss routine because it definitely wasn't optimum conditions. I need to get used to that instead of letting every bump in the road throw me off. Anyway glad things are good on your end :seeya:

It sounds like you are on the right track and I am sure that your self esteem will go sky high once you get where you want to be.
I am trying a new diet and weight drug and excercising isn't my thing but I seem to enjoy it more than I ever thought I would.

You're food logs look great and balanced....and make me hungry! lol. Did you make the lentil soup or buy it? Since I'm not going strict low carb anymore I'm not so restricted but I also have to think abit more about stuff. Still gettin stuff down. How was your weekend?
