Hopefully the op will only take a few days to recover from and then i will be HEALTHY again! Whoo hoo!
Feeling ok today and i am heading out tonight with my friends. Im not allowed to drink much so I will be a good girl and stick to juice and maybe one or two glasses of wine...sigh.....
Had a bloody horrible day hiking up a hill in torrential rain so going to have a lovely shower and pamper myself a bit before i go out!
Food today
Lunch - Chicken noodle soup with bread 300 cals
Dinner - 2 slices bread, small tin baked beans 500 cals
Snacks - peach 70 cals, pk wotsits 90 cals, 2 glasses wine 400 cals, 5 haribo sweets 80 cals
Total cals - Aropund 1600 ish (being brave now and trying some diff foods - if they hurt me then i wont eat them again!)
I feel so much better today as i managed to consume a lot more calories and i really feel the energy! Just as well as i need to last until around 3 am tonight! I love fridays!

helped me sleep but i cant believe i drank the whole thing! I should never let other people top up my glass! 
I still have 40lbs to lose!
my energy levels are obviously NOT up to par with a high intensity aerobic workout and im ashamed to say i felt a little ill at the end of it! Made it through it tho and i have another class on wed night so i can only get fitter from here on!
