Sorry everyone I been busy all day putting up Christmas lights on the house and decorating outside because it was sunny! I done good I think but some will think i did bad with the food!


I had a rally's cheeseburger 490 cals
Large fries 320 cals
large coca cola zero 0 cals

that is all i had today but i woke up had coffee with splenda flavors and wasnt hungry and had that rally meal for dinner because i new i had to eat
but I am basically doing good i think calorie wise!

Done my richard simmon 40 minutes workout also!

Hey there girlie, not a bad day overall! Your calories were gr8 and
exersice was good,I managed to eat right but didn't have time to exersice!
Oh here is 2 quick hot and cold low calorie drinks I fell in love with this one
is the cold 1 get Diet Barqks Red Cream soda(5 calories 0 fat)add 2 tablespoons of less sugar/or fat free ice cream(70 calories 3 fat)TOTAL
The other since it's been cold I found Diet Swiss Miss Hot CHoch(25 calories 0 fat) add 1 tablespoon Fat Free Cool Whip.(35 CALS 0 FAT TOTAL)
These are yummy and not bad for ya if ya want something besides water

Ok I started back weight watchers today. I am sticking with it and losing the right way even if it is 1 pound a week! I have to do this I been playing and letting emotins take over for over a year now and no more! I am starting this and no quick fixes anymore I am finishing this! So I will weigh in Friday and every friday from now on~! No more sneak peaking to sabatoge myself anymore. Anybody on ww wanting my support I am ready to do this! I will support all of you but i need some ww support to keep me on track! Hope everyone is doing well and as soon as i get this **** ***** well you know pc strait I will be in other diaries!

you find out how many points your aloud to have daily and do
you have to go and pay to find that out?
Another question what if something you eat doesn't have points
on them how do you figure it out?I know lean cuisines southbeach
products have points but if I made something from scratch?
I wanted to try it before but can't afford to go to the meeting's plus

Hi Tina, good luck on starting WW. That's awesome!!! Sometimes I wish I was back on Jenny Craig because the stable menu made it so much less effort, and I really seen some great results. But it's sooo much money that I just don't have right now. I think doing it on my own will teach me better though, I guess. Anyway, have a great evening. :)
