Heya's Tina,
I am struggling to and I was so determined
and goal ready yesterday and I visited my stepdad in the
hospital today and he's taken a turn for the worse and I
ate badly and didn't care! I don't want to do that and I need
to know how to deal with bad things cuz I have been prone
to them this year!Any suggestions would be good.
My suggestion to you I didn't wanna say to much when you started
your Adkins because "IT DOES" work for some but if your like me
you feel like your missing the good healthy foods that your not
aloud to have example Healthy turkey sandwhich weight watchers
deserts healthy made pastas high good carb fruits and I think it
makes ya burn out?I dunno but my opion I have done 1200-1300
cals and lost a bunch(with alot to go)and you can eat any food group
even deserts and lose and not feel deprived.
Hope this helps you'll find something that work's it took me 20 years
and I did I just got to figure out how to handle bad situation's?
