Did you get in your dance dvd yest?? I kinda fooled around with it with the kids for about 15 mins..thats somethign, right? I never did it before so I kinda wanted to get a feel for it.

Jayla and emmy (kitten) are in a race i think to see which can be sneakiest about getting ornaments off the tree lol! I am doing good on the atkins again for those who dont know i restarted it Monday and as of this morn have lost 5 pounds! It works for me and I am going to do what works to get to my goal! My first goal is to be in the teens 219.8 than my second will be onederland 199.8! i am going to do this and i decided i would let myself have one cheat day and that will be Christmas Day other than that no excuses and no staulling for me! I am going all the way gungho this time because I have been so rediculous about the whole thing! I am trying to set a goal of 4 poundfs a week which will put me at my final goal of 145 in may and right at summer woooooooohooooooooo! I know it can be done and I know it is possible I just have to push myself and no pain no gain! I have been having pc probs but I am going to try to get to all the diaries after I get the housework finished in about a hour! So have a great day everyone!

Congrats on restarting adkins you do lose
and kick butt when your on it.I to had an eye opener yesterday

I am gonna t2 it is way past time and I am so ready for it! I been out of bed a while I just been working on this pc it keep getting a blue screen and says its dumping something lmao I guess I have to bare with it a while I have deleted so much and I dont know what else to do but its ok as long as I can get on lol


I have basically had chicken breast and tuna today cause i like to try not to do too much red meat! I am drinking 16.9 oz of water bottles usually around 4 to 5 a day I am dancing for my excercise and changing furniture and stuff around which is a workout in itself!~ I am thinking about starting a daily excercise challenge of at least 30 minutes and we can challenge each other to crunches and stuff also! If anyone is interested let me know and I will get it going! Well on the other hand I will jsut start it and get it rocking for first thing in the morn! Going to try to visit diaries now! I want each of you to know I am proud of you and i also appreciate all your support!

WOW! You've lost 5lbs since Monday? The Monday that JUST passed? WHOA, that's phenomenal! Congratulations!! I'm probably the only person in the world that doesn't know...but how does this diet work? Is this the no carb diet or is it just low carb?
 
its the low carb it starts out with 2 weeks strict induction where you basically get only 20 carbs or less and they are from certain veges! You can stay on it till you get down about 30 pounds of your final goal then you switch to owl phase that slowly introduces back carbs than premaintanence then maintenance! I am bad with carbs and this works the best for me carbs are like i look at a carb and gain lol but its true and yes i starte this monday of this week! See a while back i lost 16 pounds on it in 3 weeks
 
Wow, that is awesome. I just googled it and was doing some reading. It looks rather doable. I consume so many carbs. Before I switched to buying whole wheat/grain bread and rice I HATED the stuff. Now, I love whole wheat/grain bread /pastas and I'm always eating it. I fear the Atkins diet would kill me.

I'm thrilled for you though, keep up the great work!
 
actually you could have that stuff you just have to find your carb limit fro maintanence!
 
Lol I believe it will work great for you once you found your carb limit I know people who have kept it off 7 years and i feel so much better on it and have so much more energy!
