Hey Everyone Hope All Of Us Are Doing Well! I Am Going To Start The Rice Diet Tomorrow! I Think It Will Be A Good Way To Lose A Lot Quick And Then I Will Keep It Off And Maintain It With Ww! Secretly And Her Friends Have Had Great Results And From What Research I Have Done It Is A Great Way To Go! So I Will Keep You Posted And I Will Try To Get To Some Diaries Before I Go To Kroger Grocery Shopping For My Stuff! Lets All Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How are you doing? K what is the rice diet?? I've never heard of that one. Good luck on it, it'll give you the quick boost!!! In December I did the cabbage soup diet for a week, sooo hard but i lost 5 lbs and gave me the kick start i needed. Keep us posted on how it's going!

Ok I Started A Thread But Actually I Think I Am Going To Like This Diet! I Am Making Up My Daily Menus Today! Secretly Lost 20 Pounds Before She Got Sick And Her Friends Have Lost 19 Pounds In 3 Weeks! She Has Recipies And Stuff! I Will Put The Info In The Thread Under Clubs And My Menu Of What I Eat Daily In Here As Well As Results! Any Of You Feel Free To Try It At Anytime!!
 
My Diet Menu

Friday

Breakfast
1 Cup Puffed Rice
1 Cup Fat Free Skim Milk
1 Tbsp Raisins

Lunch
1 Cup Pineapples
1 Cup Brown Rice
3 Cups Stir Fry Veges

Dinner
1/2 Cup Corn
2/3 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Tomatoes
1 Cup Broccoli And Cauliflower
2 Tangerines



This Is My Menu For Tomorrow And All I Am Drinking Is Water With It!
